Good and big bed! Good Wifi.

We had the do not disturb out but the cleaning person entered anyway! While we were not prepared for that. Worse even: they took the beach towels that we had to ordered extra and signed for, and did not replace them. Then: we had a serious problem because our flight was delayed, we did not have any cash on hand anymore. They could easily have helped us but they refused because their bookkeeper did not want to do a little bit of extra work. So instead of taking out some petty cash on the hotel bill we were forced to go to a bank by taxi (in Brazil there are little ATMs) and lose a lot of time and money. Furthermore they did let us have a late check out but charged our credit card 65% of the room rate for that. And then there were these "minor" issues: the vault was not working, the shower door does not close well so the whole bathroom is wet everytime we you take a shower, and the shower has these old fashioned taps that are difficult to adjust so you never have a real nice shower temperature. Oh and another thing: this hotel has only four small elevators and 26 floors. The elevators are also used by the staff. Meaning that you spend quite some time waiting for an elevator. All in all: next time we'll book another hotel, that is hopefully less problematic.
