6.0 Good
Pros: Bed is comfy, very short walk to the lift
Cons: Been coming here for many years as a kid, wife and I came to ski this year. It’s a old lodge but still very cozy. Room service never took out our trash, made our bed once (old sheets) but did give us fresh towels. Also if your not reading the fine print when checking out, they will charge you a $25 fee for not taking out your own trash to the dumpster. If I’m going to pay that kind of money for a room for a week I’d expect fresh sheets everyday, made bed, trash taken out etc... Lazy on their end, going to try somewhere else next time
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good water pressure, overhead fan, and secure doors.
Cons: Cracks in tub and sink, auto fan in bathroom, and need a new bed.
7.9 Good
Pros: Great place to stay, friendly staff.
Cons: The bed was not comfortable at all.
6.8 Good
Pros: The location is great, you can walk to the chair lifts from your room. The host and hostess are very nice and respond to your needs promptly. We had a coffee maker burn up and trip the breaker in our kitchen @ approx 6:15 in the morning, within 15 mins of calling we had power restored and a new coffee maker.
Cons: The beds are very hard and your are provided 4 pillows for 2 queen sized bed.(no extra in the room) The walls are thin to the point that you can hear what your neigbors is talking about on the phone.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, was awesome.
Cons: No microwave
5.0 Okay
Cons: Vicki, the owner was nice and accommodating. Susan, front desk staff was rude and disrespectful. Our card had a hold out on it due to too many out of state charges. I called the bank and they removed the hold the next morning. Susan left us voicemails threatening to call the police on us and locking us out of our room . The remainder of our bill was paid no problem. We travel to red river every year for my sisters anniversary trip and her birthday. Bringing around 20 couples and families with us and we have never been treated so poorly. I will not recommend this place nor will we ever stay there again.

Pros: 1/2 block from the main street. Most places are within walking distance. Room is older style early 60's style, but clean and roomy
Cons: No air conditioning...very poor WiFi reception. Only a few electrical outlets: two in the kitchen/living room area (one behind the microwave and one behind the stove) one in the bedroom between the beds. Two fans were provided, but still very hot.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked everything. I was not sure if there was an air conditioner. I was a bit hot and I think there was only a fan? That was my only setback. Everything else was awesome. Glad about all the supplies.
Cons: Like I said "I don't think there was an air conditioner" is all I can think of. I was a bit hot at times. If there was a cooler maybe inform guests where the switch is. Otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing place to spend our spring break ski vacation
Cons: nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Convenient location. Room was nice. No AC though but you don’t need it up there very often. Heater worked great.
Cons: Wish the WiFi worked better. Very little cell service and the WiFi was iffy. After the first 3 hours I decided to go old school and turned it off. Enjoyed my vacation and ski trip. Definitely not a deal breaker. Steve was awesome.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location.
Cons: Room was dark - poor lighting.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothinh
Cons: Heater would not work properly. Very very old motel and not updated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was our family's first visit to Red River and we had a great time. Deer Lodge is just a block off the main street and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Best of all, it's only 1 1/2 blocks from one of the ski lifts so we were able to park and walk to the lift (not ski in/ski out but park in/ski out!) The staff was very nice and accommodating, they allowed our 2 dogs for a very minimal fee, and let us check in super early. The room is nothing fancy but was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed to cook several meals and enjoy our stay. Hopefully they'll get the sauna and hot tub up and running soon... that will be a great addition to the place!
Cons: The only downfall was the ice build up in front of our door. We live in Colorado so we understand the struggle to keep things cleared, but it was very slick so we just had to be super careful entering and exiting.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find, easy walking to downtown shops, park, grocery store and restaurants. The manager was friendly and helpful providing literature on events offered during our visit. A nice mini fridge, microwave and full coffee pot was extra convenient.
Cons: Found multiple strands of long dark hair plastered to the bath tub wall, nasty! Cleaned ourselves as had immediate plans. On the second evening until check out we had a crying baby and dog barking next door. One side of mattress was sunken/uncomfortable.
