The staff were really friendly and helpful and didn't even make a fuss when my wife made a mess of the waffle iron. Plus you couldn't wish for a better location.
Nothing really. Bit pricey but it is Iceland so was expecting it to be expensive but compared to other city centre hotels, and considering the location, it's quite reasonable.

The beds was not the confertable and I was with my wife and the gave 2 small bed covers and when I asked the house keeping about it she said all are like this

Steam room and sauna weren’t working
