Cons:Breakfast and dinner buffets are expensive but in line with prices across Iceland. There were renovations creating some confusion on how to get to our room and some exit doors were closed.
Cons:The breakfast buffet had the same food every day and there wasn't many options for those who didn't eat pork.
Cons:The hotel is extremely outdated and our room was dilapidated and tiny. No space to even turn around, horrible bed (with a dent down the middle, so my friend and I kept rolling into each other), cracks in the walls and ceiling, water/rust blocking the light from the ceiling fixture, peeling paint, cheap/ineffective shower curtain, windows that rattled, etc. We didn't complain or ask to change rooms because I can't imagine other rooms are any better. This hotel is a bit creepy and at least 10 years past necessary renovations. It was supposed to be a splurge and a treat for ourselves after 10 days of guesthouses, but was by far our worst accommodation in Iceland. Really disappointing for a Radisson Blu and for the amount we spent.
Cons:The drafty windows that scream all night because of how much wind they let through. The rooms & hotel need major updating, compared to the other comparable hotels the Blue Saga is seriously dragging behind with decor from the 60's
