Cons:Beds were comfortable and rooms clean. Staff friendly
Pros:Good-enough breakfast. Comfortable bed. Fairly quiet. Some of the staff members were pleasant.
Cons:Our first room had ants, so we moved to another room after a day or two. The second room, as it turned out, also had ants, (but not as many, so we stayed there). The daily room service included only the making of the bed and replacing of the used towels; no sweeping of the floors, no cleaning of the toilet or bathroom area. The hairdryer did not work, so we had to request another. There was no television remote, so we had to request one.
Cons:non smoking room had strong smoking smell
Pros:The location is ideal if you are traveling to the Richmond area for business
Cons:The bathroom floor and tub and shower were sticky to the point I would t walk barefoot nor take a shower barefoot in this area. The room was a double occupancy room and upon check only had one towel in the bathroom. Anywhere else I have stayed I have never had this problem. I stayed there two nights and as a form of habit dressed my bed almost entirely prior to leaving for the day. My business associate however did not follow suit. Neither bed was finished being made by housekeeping. I guess we should have felt fortunate to have been given more than one towel on day two. Overall, I would never stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
