The first night, the toilet wasn't working. We didn't realize this until a couple of hours into our stay, at which point they said they couldn't fix it until the next day, we couldn't move to a new room, and couldn't cancel our reservation. We decided that we would stick it out and use the Burger King restrooms down the street throughout the night. There were stains and smudges on our pillows and blankets, so we went to Walmart to purchase a few cheap blankets and pillowcases. The next morning, we were told that someone would either fix our toilet or we would be moved to another room. We came back that evening and the toilet flushed once or twice, so we figured it must have been taken care of. That night, we went to sleep and woke up at 3am to the sound of water pouring. The toilet had overflowed and was pouring out into the bathroom floor, and had started seeping out into our room. We asked the front desk for towels, and she brought us 4 or 5, saying that was all they had clean. In the entire motel. She said she would like to move us to a different room, but they only had rooms with king size beds, which was an upgrade, so she wouldn't be able to move us unless we paid for the difference. (We were in a room with two full beds.) She said we would receive a full refund for our stay, and repeated this and her apologies multiple times. The next morning, because I booked through Kayak, I went to the front desk to request instruction for getting my refund. A different lady was working at the front desk and said that our situation had been explained, but the best she could offer was a 25% refund. She said we couldn't speak to the manager until the next day (we were leaving town before then) and she wouldn't be able to reach him either. This was a terrible experience. My mother and I got such little sleep and have to drive home the following day. I still fared better than my brother. He and his friends were in a different room, and they woke in the middle of the night to find themselves and their beds covered in ants.
Just gross! Broken heater, we froze! Dingy sheets with burn holes.
Not a thing!
No heat, gross sheets with burn holes and stains, we had to bring in our own sleeping bags it was 50° in the room by morning. Window latch broken and couldn't secure. Halls were filthy and floors were patchy. Smelled of cigarettes. Front desk help was slow and very uneducated in general and of the facility. She couldnt tell us where the ice machine was on the 2nd floor and even left me at the desk to see if our room was cleaned at 8pm....and i made a rez a week earlier! Just yuk!!! It needs to be condemned!!!

Not sure about the trustworthyness of the staff
Room was clean, I got there a little early and a room wasn't ready so they got one cleaned up immediately.
No Fridge, no microwave in room. I had left my jacket in the room and I called, was put on hold and hung up on twice, third time I called and got through, was told there was no jacket left. Called two days later and tried again, knowing I left it in the room, they finally found it. Made a special trip to drive all the way back up there (when I could have went back immediately had it been found the first time). My pockets had been rummaged through, although nothing was missing, everything wasn't where I left it so they were obviously looking for something, despite the fact they had my name/number on file, so if they were looking for ID for the coat they knew my room, and aside from that they never called to tell me it was found to begin with. It's ultimately my fault for leaving my coat, and I'm happy to get it back, but I wish the circumstances were better.
