10.0 Excellent
Pros: We arrived early but Anja welcomed us with a beer, and she and Dries spent over an hour chatting to us sitting in their lovely garden & showing us around - lovely personal approach. Our room was lovely, as was the separate sitting room with a fab outlook over part of the garden (& honesty bar & snack making facilities). We had to leave early the following morning to catch our ferry, & Anja made us a superb breakfast for 7am ..... we really didn’t want to leave & will definitely be back!
Cons: Absolutely nothing - perfect stay!

Cons: Lumpy beds, spiral stairs upto the bathroom, Hightec lighting system, the workman singing through the window at 15,00hrs when trying to have a nap after not sleeping in the night; due to lumpy bed and he knew we were there and kept looking through, so we had to go out, walking above the rooms and the dust sheets on the landing not safeguarding no pre warning,

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The sleep in a confortable bed, full us with energy for a great trip. Thank's!
Cons: The bathroom at the superior room must be improved with a better air flow(maybe a window or a strong device which can absorb faster the umidity .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We didn't have the pleasure to try the breakfast as we stayed here over night from family Christmas celebrations and had breakfast at my families house. The room however was wonderful, the bathroom perfectly clean and even if we only had a brief conversation, the Host was very nice and welcoming. Would definitely recommend and as we are always spending Christmas and my aunts house, would probably book again next year!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I can recommend this establishment to anybody who wants comfort. Great food. Beautiful rooms and an excellent host who goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is to your needs. Nothing is to much for him. We sat and chatted over breakfast with the owner he's knowledge of the local area and beyond was extremely helpful. We are certainly going to be going back on our next trip to Belgium.
Cons: Sign outside would helpful apart from that we have nothing but praise for the gentleman who owns the establishment
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice place to stay, very friendly and a lot of attention to detail throughout the B&B, beautifully decorated. Easy on street parking after 6pm, no problem finding a close space.
Cons: Only comment would be the breakfast is 'light' compared to others locally, very nice and good quality but limited selection. Pre-cut fresh fruit would have been a welcome addition, or boiled eggs, but the local cheeses were very tasty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host did everything to make our stay as pleasant and enjoyable as possible. He prepared a wonderful breakfast and sat with us each morning to share interesting conversations which gave us a very personal feeling.

Pros: I was in the area to see the Paschendaele area in the 100th anniversary year of the Third Battle of Ypres. The location was perfect....and quiet and restful at the same time. The wild-flower meadow on two sides of the property is beautiful...even in October!
Cons: Whilst the decor is clean and modern, no carpeting on the stairs made it noisy in downstairs rooms at 3.30 in the morning!

Pros: A modern building with a modern look of rooms that are extraordinary. It is in exceptional condition. The hotel is located in a quiet place in the city centre. Restaurants are only 5 minutes walk. The hotel staff is exceptional and very hospitable, so I give them the highest rating.
Cons: The only small complaint is a breakfast that is not exactly in line with the image and the price that such a hotel should represent.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely great place to stay. We were on a long weekend with my elderly inlaws and the owners couldn't have been more accommodating. Room 1 is great for anyone with mobility needs. All the rooms are well furnished and the wifi is extremely reliable. The continental breafast is awesome with local cheeses, hams, yogurt and breads. The small town of Gits is only a stroll away. There is also plenty of tourist info to scan through.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wow! Wonderful welcome with complimentary drink on arrival. Very relaxing atmosphere, beautifully decorated throughout and in a wonderful location. Amazing breakfast with all local produce whilst you look onto beautiful garden. Couldn't have asked for anything better. Will return!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful house in a country location. Very friendly and welcoming, and a great breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Really nice and quiet B&B with kind people
10.0 Excellent
Pros: An extremely pleasant place to stay as a base to explorer the surrounding area or just as a short break stopover. Our host Geert was very good and the breakfasts were very good to start the day off.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable accommodation on the edge of Gits with views to open farmland. The family owners are very welcoming and the building interior is very nicely furnished and spotlessly clean. Breakfast is an individual platter of ham, cheese, various breads, and pastry. The ham was particularly good and I suspect all of the produce is locally provided. There is a fridge in the main area, stocked with Belgian beer and water, for which a 'honesty' policy is operated and you can help yourself at any time and keep a record to pay on check-out. There is also use of a kitchen where you are invited to prepare your own meals. Note: only cash is accepted, no cards. There are a couple of bars and restaurants in the small town of Gits, but check first for opening days.
Cons: Nothing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hospitality

7.5 Good
Pros: A very welcoming sight at the end of a long drive north. The car park is a big gravel area, so bags of space. We arrived around 830pm, so didn’t spend a huge amount of time there. We ate a light meal outside and the food was excellent. I’d be keen to go back for a steak! Breakfast was good - lots of choice, and lots of it. We had a warm welcome and were well looked after.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: A lovely quiet hotel in a rural location. The owners were very welcoming and the service was wonderful. We had the junior suite which was a nice spacious open plan room. Wi-fi access was good. Cons: No eggs at breakfast and no restaurant open during my stay.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nice place in country side. Good restaurant for evening dinner.
Cons: Breakfast basic. It can be improved
9.5 Excellent
Pros: We loved the stay. The location is so beautiful and the hotel is easily located. The two chaps looking after us were so friendly and welcoming. We had two rooms, both were clean and comfortable The food...oh the food! Cooked to perfection on an open log fire, beautiful wine (beer for the boys) and a beautiful setting - couldn't have picked better! Breakfast again was amazing, being the only guests there, the breakfast was still a full spread and the four of us were stuffed!
Cons: The only thing that put a small mark on our visit is that the heating hadn't been turned on in our rooms as we had not specified an arrival time. (Personally I would have turned it on from the time check in started) And the patio doors in our room hadn't been shut properly so our room was freezing (we could see our breath) and not warming at all, once my Husband found the source of the chill the room did warm up quickly but a proper room check before our arrival would have saved this discomfort

Overview Reviews
When you stay at Aquabello in Roeselare, you'll be connected to a shopping center, within a 15-minute walk of Saint Michael's Church and National Cycling Museum. Free self parking is available onsite.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: Leaving the residence shortly after our arrival. The fact that the owner offered to cancel our booking as the advert was very misleading and not suitable for a family. Sadly on our return to the UK the owner then reneged and took the money without us staying.
Cons: The swimming pool has to be pre booked and does not say this in their advert, and only 2 people at a time. Is far from a B&B as you could get. More like a clinic for people requiring convalescence. The location was at the end of a huge trading estate and with no local walks or amenities. Cold unattractive place with massage rooms and white coated workers. Avoid if you have a family!
7.0 Good
Pros: Good, clean all very new and modern facilities, very friendly staff and a great breakfast.
Cons: The room was very warm (located above a sauna), the aircon helped a lot, but it is a great pity that it is not possible to open a window to get fresh air in. With the aircon set at 19 degrees I woke up with a headache because of the lack of fresh air.
9.3 Excellent
Pros: Room very large and very clean, it was also very modern with a big bathroom.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Nice, simple decorated hotel with big rooms and big bathrooms. Comfortable beds with two power sockets in each bedside table.
Cons: The room doesn't go fully dark, there is some daylight coming through the skylight, even when it's closed. Having said that, we weren't bothered by it. The room seemed to have almost no soundproofing, as we could even hear the reception door opening and closing.

Pros: This was the best hotel that I have ever stayed in, wish I could stay again soon.

Pros: clean and roomy. Staff were very friendly.
Cons: No one manning the desk at check out time(8am). rang the bell several times and waited more than 10 mins, before leaving without settling the bill.Would like to have paid in local currency rather than the credit card they were holding, in case of no show.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything new, clean and good quality. Host is wonderful and can’t do enough to help. Positioned in between Bruges, Ghent and Ypres so great if you are trying to fit a few towns into one day and attend the Last Post ceremony in Ypres.

Pros: Comfortable bed; quiet, central location.
Cons: 1. Deliberate, repeated attempts to overcharge me when I came to pay the bill; 2. 8.0 Excellent
Pros: Good location. Man at reception very nice.
Cons: No kettle in room even though in pictures there was a kitchen area. Hardly any toilet paper so room maybe not serviced properly before our stay.
7.0 Good
Pros: location
Cons: in room was so cold
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Maybe the location
Cons: Everything wasn’t right, since opening the door, the rusty bed frame, the huge amount of dust all over the television, one of the light bulbs on top of the bed were missing, instead again there was a lot of dust! If you ever move it while in bad it would be a very unpleasant time! The shower head was very precarious, the paper on the wall next to the shower is coming off. The table cloth on top of the table had few holes and the floor quite sticky. Breakfast wasn’t fresh, the eggs definitely over cooked, with the yolk green, bananas were old turning brown. Served in the garden without choice to be far from smokers, for me and my daughter was very unpleasant. With all that the price we paid was definitely too much! We travel a lot and for that money we can find much better and cleaner rooms.
