Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, which is convenient for sightseeing and public transport. However, many express dissatisfaction with cleanliness, citing issues such as dirty rooms, dust, mold, and unpleasant odors. Bathrooms are frequently criticized for poor maintenance, mold, and bad smells. Bed comfort is also a recurring concern, with several guests finding mattresses and pillows uncomfortable.
