staff was friendly and changed our room, location close to center
passage to the hotel entrance was scary and misleading. rooms are more damaged and not exactly clean like on pictures. rooms on ground floor are very cold. there are more things that bring discomfort.

- The Room looked much worse than in the photographs. - Some of the rooms are on the ground floor, the windows are really low and someone always smokes near them. Considering there is no air conditioning - this is a real downside in the summer. - Security bars on windows. - Really bad lighting in the room. - A lot of stuff was broken or nearly broken (e.g. lights, bathroom door). - Even though the towels are changed as requested, the clean ones often were stained. - Really basic toiletries. - The bathroom was not properly cleaned before or during our week long stay. - The receptionist was flat out rude when resolving some of the issues we've had with the room (although the issues were resolved).

A quirky Hotel. First impressionns not great. However the Hotel does provide the basic essentials for a comfortable stay .Once you get used to it. I liked the fact that there was a refrigerator.
The safe was poor quality .Sub standard .Poor fixture. They wanted a 100 Rubles a day to use it. Weird
