Cons:
I had a reservation at 11am. I was late getting into town and arrived around 12:30. The guy told me that my reservation was at 7am even though I showed my confirmation email that said 11am and he said they didn’t have a car for me. They didn’t even then suggest that there was an enterprise next door I walked there after looking it up myself and rented a car there instead.1.9 Poor

Pros:
Everyone was very nice, but because I don't speak Spanish and there were no English speakers there and the forms were in Spanish.....you get the idea.Cons:
I had to pay for an entire extra day because I didn't understand what I was being told. Really my fault because I was ina Spanish speaking country. However, they did say on the phone that there was an English speaker available.10.0 Wonderful
