The ubication it is very locable And it is easy to find the bus stop. Excellent for travelers that like to explore the city by public transportation
The front desk personal very rude. And also Maria the house keeping girl open the door while I was outside buying breakfast and when i saw my door open she was far away cleaning another room given the opportunity to other people to enter my room and take my thing, I was afraid since i made my shopping she was rude she thought I had bad feeling for her but I tried to explained it doesn’t matter no open de room but just if she is aware of everything around.
The location was great, and the room was also very good. I loved that they had free parking.
I wish the parking spaces were wider.
Front desk Alex was very nice and polite. Appreciated that he at least was willing to store our luggage since no late check out available. Housekeeping checked on us twice to see if we needed anything. That was very considerate.
The room could have been cleaner. Allowing late check out would have been nice. A warning that shuttle ride to airport is $19 a head.
It was good for a one night stay. Good price, owners were nice and friendly. Room was clean. Nice size bathroom. Mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker included in room. Cable and wifi also included.
How other guests parked in the handicap spaces with no visible placard present. I get parking is hard 2 find, but those spaces are reserved for the disabled for a reason...
1) Location - in Marina district and close to Fisherman wharf. 2) Own free parking.
1) Half of sockets didn't work. 2) Half of lamps didn't work. 3) Bad smell in the room and bathroom. 4) Towels are of dirt grey color. 5) Dirt in the bathroom and on the curtains. 6) There was an envelope with the words "tips for maid" on the table. Maid didn't clean the room if we didn't leave tips for her/him.
