Pros:Nice location. Look right outside the window and there was the ocean. Right down the road from Hearst castle, which was the main point to our trip. The room was clean minus the stains on the comforter.
Cons:The first night, we had very loud neighbors blaring music all night. When I tried to contact front desk nobody answered all night. And the neighbors would not answer either. The lights in the room would turn on and off on their own randomly. The shower was the worst, no pressure at all. It was like being spit on and took forever! And the front desk refused to give me a print out of my stay at check out.

Pros:Could not shower as bath water was a horrible dark yellow, so bad I took a picture. Saunas water was cold until evening even though it was supposedly open from 9 till 9. Coffee maker did not work. However beds were comfy. Needs some work! Stayed here 5 years ago and it was much nicer. No continental breakfast . Won't stay here again.
Cons:Workers playing loud Spanish music in the laundry room with door open early in the morning, we could hear it in our room several doors down.

Pros:Location.
Cons:Sheets and blankets didn't fit the bed and were old and wrinkled. Pillows were smelly. Toilet paper was stiff and unusable.

Pros:The kids loved the indoor swimming pool. The parents loved the hot tub. We were pleasantly surprised that the family room had a microwave and refrigerator.
Cons:Need to update the website that the family room has a refrigerator and microwave.

Pros:I like the location of this inn
Cons:This inn is not really clean. The tower has some yellow stain on it and our blanket has a big yellow spot, which looks like a stain from period blood that was not washed out completely. There is green mold on the shower tap. I dont require the inn to be modern and luxurious but it at least has to be clean.

Pros:Spacious room and very close to the beach !! My husband and I were very comfortable there with our 2 year old. We stayed for a week and appreciated having a fridge. HBO was nice to have as well.
Cons:The only complaint would be that the carpets could be cleaner. They need a carpet cleaner to run through more often. Other than that we had no complaints.

Cons:Walls so thin Other people's snoring woke me up. The slightest movement with upstairs neighbors sounded like the ceiling would cave in. Very noisy altogether. Otherwise not terrible.
