Pros: Everything The gentleman (probably the GM) who checked me in was really nice, got me a dinner including, awesome room and facilities, great breakfast, great staff Highly recommended!
Cons: Nothing, everything was awesome
Pros: Comfortable room, very helpful and friendly staff, excellent breakfast and dinner.
Pros: very nice dinner option included. very friendly personnel glutenfree was no problem nice indoor swimming pool
Pros: Nice clean room with a very nice rain shower. Unfortunately i paid 180 euros for 1 night which is quite overpriced for the room i had.
Cons: No airconditioning in the room. For a 4* hotel it should be more comfortable in my opinion. Especially when the outside temperature is above 30 degrees.
Cons: The receptionsts weren't very welcoming and helpful.
Pros: Modern, updated and immaculate. Our 2 rooms were generously sized. Restaurant offers variety and serves excellent dishes. Breakfast buffet offerings were typically cold fare and good. Front desk staffers were friendly and helpful, with acceptable English language. Nearby options to dine out within walking distance (especially tasty gelato).
Cons: Front desk should clearly post their open hours since it is only manned for 8 hours daily, not 24 hours around the clock.
Pros: Very pleasant and courteous staff. Very good food
Cons: Single supplement. I understand that hotels must attempt to fill their rooms but always object tp paying a single supplement.
Pros: This is just an excellent hotel meeting all the expectations one can possibly dream of. This family managed hotel has very nice and clean rooms with an impressive bathroom and good wifi in the room. The beds are very comfortable and the room is very quiet. There is a very nice indoor pool as well as a clean and good spa. The staff meets all your requirements, most of them speek four languages and the manager gives you a nice feeling of coming home each time you enter the premises. The hotel has an outstanding cuisine which merits a Michelin Star though is does not (yet) have it.
Cons: nothing, everything was just excellent
Pros: Best hotel I ever stayed in in Europe: perfect location, large and pleasant rooms, very good breakfast, friendly and most professional staff, very nice swimming pool, strongly suggest to have dinner!
This idyllic hotel is the dream of every tourist longing for peace and recreation. Our house at the edge of the city St Vith is the venue for a romantic stay: in the middle of spruces and directly next two large fish-ponds, a rustic restaurant, embraced with wood and of course a fire place. Large comfortable rooms and a belgian kitchen with regional dishes. Breakfast is served every morning. The "Steineweiher" is worth a visit. Our hotel has a beautiful flowered terrace directly by the lake. We offer gastronomical weekends in springtime, summer, autumn and winter. Each room has its very own charm and is fitted with all modern conveniences: Bath or shower and lavatory, colour tv and telephone.
Pros: Beautiful and peaceful location with only a short walk into town. Plenty of free parking on site. Nice view from the room balcony over a lake. Basic but perfectly adequate breakfast. First class evening meal and excellent service. Would definitely stay there again.

Cons: WiFi could be better.
Pros: Everything. The hosts are very friendly, accommodating, and eager to make sure you are comfortable and happy. Looking forward to staying here again!

Cons: The room was very clean but rather spartan. we missed a bath and a coffee machine. Not a complaint, simply an observation.
Pros: Good breakfast, really friendly staff :)
Pros: Very friendly, huge rooms - very comfortable and clean. Good value for money given the premiums that would need to be paid elsewhere whilst the Grand Prix is going on at Spa
Cons: A little utilitarian, could do with a kettle/fridge in the room and maybe a rug on the floor to make it a little more cosy

Pros: Both dinner and breakfast were excellent. We use this hotel regularly to meet with friends, and were never dissappointed.
Pros: Big comfortable rooms, very nice and relaxing environment. The garden with the swimming pool is really great! The breakfast was very good.
Cons: A bit outdated interior.
Pros: breakfast delicious
Cons: The reason for the 4th star is the pool and the sauna-room. Pool is free, but all the other facilities (sauna e.g.) can only be used for extra fee. They should be included in the room price as these are higher because of the 4th star.
Pros: Nice food, quiet swimmingpool
