Pros (+) Breakfast and evening reception were great. Staff was pretty friendly.
Cons (-) Night staff didn't want to make change for me. The room was just a single room, not a 2-room suite like every other Embassy Suites I've visited. Ran out of towels at pool.

Cons (-) The staff really needs to monitor the noise level of the kids staying at the hotel while attending sports tournaments. I had to call the front desk EVERY night due to kids yelling in the halls after 10 PM!

Cons (-) The price is ridiculous, too high for a mediocre room, large, but very old and noisy.

Cons (-) From the moment you enter the lobby, the blast of painted-over, allegedly-renovated cigarette-saturated waft almost knocks you off your feet. Even the "renovated" rooms feature popcorn ceilings and the stench is unbearable. Guess they should have burned it to the down and started over. I will ever stay in an Embassy Suites again.
