The location is good. Staff are helpful and some of them are friendly.
There was a party in the garden and continued till 1 am . As my window was just against the area where the party was, it was not a pleasant stay at that night.
The room and the bathroom was nice, clean and spacious. The only problem is that there is hardly any place to place your stuff in the room, due to the lack of wardrobes or at least some shelves. Breakfast is good, selection is fair. Staff is polite, but somewhat absent minded. WiFi is really good.
It is rather noisy, not because of the environment outside, but the building echoes every movement or conversation made in the common areas. Prepare with earplugs and you will be fine.
An amazing shower, really clean and comfortable! But the best part was the staff! The guys are amazing and easygoing! A handsome Iranian guy! And the coolest Brazilian guy! The breakfast was good!
The locations was very central and within walking distance from many of the main sightseeing attractions within Santiago. The Hostel staff were very helpful on arrival and provided useful advise on places to visit.
Very expensive for a Hostel. Rooms were not as comfortable as expected (too hot, wooden floors very loud and lots of mosquitoes)
The staff were friendly all the time
