AC wouldn't cool the room, no bath towels, soap, shampoo or tissues.

The bugs were horrible. They were on the walls and coming out of the pillows. I left and went to a different hotel.

The price was good and it was fairly quiet. The staff were as accommodating as possible.
The hotel had an electrical fire while we stayed. The air conditioner went out for our last day so it was very hot. There were cockroaches.
Charged $4 off my credit card next day

In the morning sleeping in is not an option when there are people yelling out to one another. I’m not sure if it’s the housekeeper or not, but usually it is. I looked at my credit card stmt, noticed a $4 charge taken the next day that I didn’t know about. I called them and they explained it was an “environmental service” fee. It’s costs $$ to keep the hotel environmentally friendly and they put the costs on the customers after they leave. I would never of approved of something so rediculous. I will not stay here ever again. That is so messed up, trifling, and insulting to my intelligence.
The lady who checked us out was nice and apologetic.
The check-in was full of aggression and the lady working at night seemed overwhelmed and abrasive. She charged my card a second time even though I showed her proof that I had already paid for the room. When I called Kayak/Getaroom, I was quoted 2 minutes but remained on hold for 15 minutes two different times. Bed was hard, sink would not drain, remote could not reach TV because of positioning on top of the stand.

Got charged twice for the hotel. The prices they charged me didn't match the price I was supposed to pay. When I confronted them they did very poorly trying to explain it to me. I am out of money for the next two days, and when I said that to one of the guys at the desk, he told me "yes,looks like you have no money for the next 24-48 hours." I will not book this place ever again.
Priced very reasonably; incredibly friendly staff.
The staff made my stay at this location very comfortable. I have a service dog and a 4 year old child and we were all treated with the utmost respect. Kudos to the Latin American female, I believe she may be a manager, for treating us like family from the moment we arrived. I will definitely be returning. Lastly, the Perkins restaurant attached to the hotel provides great service and food adding to the overall experience.
Gave my room away
When I arrived they checked me in and gave me the room key. Walked into my room to find that SOMEONE WAS ALREADY SLEEPING IN THE BED!. Went back to the desk. Of course they blamed it on someone else and said that was the last room available so I would need to find another hotel.

I booked the hotel late in the evening while traveling. Every hotel in the area was booked. BOOKINGS.COM made this reservations. While the hotel was rated very low, we had been driving all night and needed to stop. BOOKINGS.COM said there was a room available for $87.00 per night. When we got to the hotel the desk clerk said there was only one room left and if we wanted it the cost was $399.00. This was a dirty old Econo Lodge on I-95 in Savannah, not the Ritz Carlton. I refused to pay that amount; the clerk said I wouldn't get billed but I still trying to research it to ensure I wasn't. We slept in the car that night.

Room felt dirty. Shower curtain was torn. Sink cracked. Beds hard and old feeling. Nonsmoking room smelled of fresh cigarette smoke. Paint was old and dingy!
