Pros: Smooth flight, great service onboard

Pros: I was arriving only 45 minutes prior to departure time. Not able to check in my luggage. AA ticketing agent allowed me to bring my garment bag through security and to be checked in at the gate. Thank you very much!

Cons: Nothing really. Very satisfied customer here.

Cons: My ticket did not allow me to use my status to upgrade. Never buying through Kayak again.

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Pros: Fast easy flight

Pros: Accommodating a lot more than American Airlines.

Pros: Everything was great, very little turbulence and the crew was great!

Cons: The only complaint I have are the little little flaps on the head rest. You can adjust them to rest your head unfortunately my wasn’t able to hold my head in place.

Pros: The crew were excellent. The seat was not very comfortable - it had a very firm seat cushion. The flight time was about 5 hours so it was OK. I adjusted to the feel of the chair. We had seats next to an exit door so we had more leg room which was nice.

Cons: The seat was not very comfortable. The seat cushion was quite firm. I sat for 15 hours on a Qantas seat which was quite a bit more comfortable. There was no onboard entertainment unless you had a cell phone and could download the West Jet app. I was spoiled by my flight with Qantas from Vancouver to Sydney. They had touch screens on the backs of the seats so you could choose movies, radio, games, and flight info and the seats were much more comfortable.

Pros: Apart from the boarding process the trip was great.

Cons: The airport had us board at a gate where we had to go outside in the rain without any warning. Many of the pasengers were families with small children and dressed for the sunshine and no coats or other protection from the elements. There was no warning from WestJet or the airport in the process from booking to checkin.

Pros: The food was exceptional! I’d order it again at a restaurant if I could!

Cons: Still normal awkward/tight economy seat. It’s to be expected but the coat hook and free slippers make it better than a lot of other airlines.

Cons: Sitting in first class

Pros: The flight crew could have been more attentive. Jackets and coats were not collected during preboarding until last minute, by then I had already put mine away.

Cons: No food was offered, short flight though, that’s okay, but the crew definitely could have been more attentive to the first class passengers.

Pros: Crew was super helpful and very accomodating

Cons: Can’t think of anything. A few times I’ve flown Delta, the service has improved. Having helpful staff on board is very important . Years ago it was very unpleasant to fly Delta because of rude flight attendants especially on us domestic flights. Hopefully that has all changed. Especially the older crew. If they can’t stand doing better customer service they need to retire . Happy to fly Delta and will let people know.
