10.0 Excellent
Pros: Family owned and operated. The most delightful, helpful, friendly management and staff. English is spoken well The building and rooms are immaculate. The wellness centre has 3 saunas, massage rooms, tanning bed and a pool all very clean. We really wish we could have stayed longer
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was amazing - the staff, the breakfast (to die for), the room (large, modern, stylish, functional, comfortable), free parking, fast wifi, TV channels (available in different languages), the bathroom (great shower, double sinks), elevator available, wellness centre and spa on site, and if you're checking out early the staff will prepare a breakfast to go for you! It was really the small things the hotel does that made such a huge impression!
Cons: In terms of distance, the hotel is close to the town of Salzburg, but the roads and traffic mean you're driving for 20-30 minutes to reach the town centre. The smart suite ipad didn't work very well, but that's a very minor thing (we didn't call reception about it because it didn't really bother us).
7.5 Good
Pros: New renovation premises
Cons: The room temperature is too high for sleeping. Although there were two fans provided in the room, I felt dizzy after the whole night blowing by the fan. It was unexpected that there was no air-conditioning in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel, very clean , staff courteous and friendly. Used the small pool that was refreshing after 5 hour drive.
Cons: Needs a restaurant, gave us details of local ones Had to walk for 25 minutes but the restaurant we found was good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everthing! a great place!
Cons: The water stream in the shower was a littale low..and also there was bo hair conditioner
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly team Great breakfast Quiet location Modern facilities
Cons: Would've liked a small spa with jets near the pool
7.5 Good
Pros: Clean and the finish was exceptional on the materials (bathrooms, bedding etc). Someone has spent a lot of money on this place. Didn’t use the pool as there had been a “toddler incident”. Breakfast was authentic Austrian and superb!!! The range of items offered were fantastic. The quality of the food was wonderful.
Cons: If this place did supper it would be ideal. Their breakfast home baked goods were so good that it’s clear someone knows exactly why they are doing in a kitchen. A modest supper offering would be great. There are a handful of resto’s nearby in the village. Watch out!!! One only takes cash!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything: the room, breakfast, the wellness center, and the great and friendly hospitality. We got bikes to go to Salzburg for free, we also got a nice home made confiture as a farewell gesture
Cons: All was good.

Wonderful beach area. Had free bikes you could use. Indoor and outdoor pool. Sauna, steam rooms, massage area, wonderful private balconies. would definitely return.

Pros: Perfect locatiin. Amazing stay. Staff was very attentive. They went out of their way to assist my mother and even drove to a local market to purchase soy milk for my breakfast. I'm in the travel industry and highly recommend this hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I LOVED everything about Goldgasse hotel, from the service, cleanliness, location and food. This is the place to stay at in Salzburg. We can’t wait to come back.
Cons: Everything was perfect:))
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A fantastic small hotel in a great location with wonderful staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location and very friendly staff. Highly recommended as a superb boutique hotel. It was perfect being in the middle of the Old Town and a block from the Danube.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: First class staff, location, breakfast and location. Arrived at 3am by bicycle- arrangements were made and got some real bike shop location help.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything was absolutely perfect.
Cons: A little noisy in the morning when shops are beginning to open.
9.1 Excellent
Pros: Good design, comfortable
Cons: Poor quality of breakfast, lack of space
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was a last minute booking and we couldn't have been happier. Got a great rate and Ulrike at reception was outstanding. So friendly and helpful. And the location was terrific - old town Salzburg so everything was walkable.
Cons: Ate dinner in the restaurant and while the food was good, it seemed a little pricey in comparison the area restaurants. But that is a minor complaint. Overall we were very happy with everything about the hotel.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: This place is charming! From the greeting with an elderberry drink and hot towel, to the cute little mini-fridge and lovely walk in shower - everything is unique and well done. The room was quirky and small, but with enough room and style. An umbrella was provided, which came in handy. The provided soap and lotion was high quality. The location is absolutely perfect!
Cons: Despite the cool weather at night, the room was warm. The provided fan helped, but under the duvet I was way too hot! A light blanket or typical American top sheet would have been welcome. Also, the pillows weren't as supportive as I would have liked. Finally, our room was outside a busy Asian restaurant which was occasionally loud with smokers nearby.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast Will definitely come back. Reception staff exceptional.
Cons: Had an evening meal. Was disappointed only one vegetarian main meal. Service although friendly could have been better. Had wine by the glass very small serve and was given wine with obvious sediment. My schnitzel was excellent and the ambience is great but didn’t believe it was value for money.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The extremely warm reception
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great atmosphere and excellent location being central to most of not all sightseeing attractions without the usual expected overcrowded nature of most hotels. Also no children to be seen for those that want a truly quiet stay. The service was top notch, where they even had one of their employees walk all the way to the other side of town to find us when we were lost trying to find Goldgasse (google directions will not work .. there’s a security pole blocking the way! Tip: use the intercom or call the hotel for the access code!!). The location is story-book-like as it’s in a quiet alley around boutique stores. We were pleasantly surprised by the Michelin star restaurant part of the hotel, which sources recipes from an “ancient cook book” showcased in small cupboard on the restaurants wall. You’ll also wake up to the church bells each morning or fall asleep to the pleasant ambience outside if having the windows open is your type of thing. You’re also close enough for a half day visit to Eagles nest which is a historic must-see. Big thanks to Ulricke and her colleague for the wonderful stay and bants!
Cons: It was fantastic - would recommend the stay. Definitely try around September or October for Oktoberfest and/or celebration around St Rupert.

7.9 Good
Pros: The staff is real friendly, the hotel area is very nice, great restaurant. We had a little terrace

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic base for cycling. Easy acess to Salzubrg and all interesting places around. Great food. Friendly staff. Awesome hotel room. Amazing zone of sauna. Unique views.
Cons: WIFI performance
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful rooms and nice spa
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very friendly staff
Cons: It could be better to have coffee in the room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Amenities were fine in general. Beautiful hotel and nearby grounds. Most of the staff speaks English (but not all) View was a plus. Breakfast was awesome.
Cons: We were aware of the lack of A/C, but we thought the weather would be more tempered. Unfortunately the days were very hot so the room was at times unbearably warm, even with fans. About the perceived “politeness”, they are at times a little bit “dry” when you make requests or questions, so I avoided interacting too much.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Full of joy.
Cons: -
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spacious room with traditional style!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff was outstanding and helpful. The overall condition of the facility is extremely nice and the breakfast was excellent!!!
Cons: The problem I continue to have is the fairly new remodeled European bathrooms. For many of us taller Americans (6’3) the new “quarter” glass doors hotels are placing on their bathtub/showers is just not reasonable. I understand it makes the overall appearance of the bathrooms look larger BUT, the functionality of the mini glass is non-existent. I realize Americans shower more frequently than most Europeans and likely use more hot water which cost the hotels money. But to believe that we may shower less often because of the inconvenience is a myth. The quarter doors will allow for nothing more than the nicely attired bathroom to become unnecessarily soaked and possibly damaged in the long run. We are currently staying in a beautiful hotel in Vienna that has added a swinging quarter door to the stationary door which works exceptionally well. Plzzz consider it for your otherwise beautiful facility.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Breakfast and cleanliness
Cons: We asked for a romantic room as we would celebrate our anniversary and we were given a loud small room with view towards the parking lot.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast selection; friendly and helpful staff. First time I've checked into a hotel and someone walked me to my room.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect just outside the city of Salzburg in the tranquillity of the mountains. The room was spacious enough with a small balcony overlooking the pool. Staff were very friendly and helpfull. Because of the warm wheater we were able to have breakfast and diner outside on the garden terrace.
Cons: Diner was very good but the choice of affordable dishes was limited
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Superb location on a hill just a short ride from the city center. Beautiful traditional Austrian style hotel with high comfort and levels of quality in everything from service to food to rooms. Stayed in a large, newly decorated 2-bedroom suite with plenty of space for a family of five.
Cons: Food priced at premium levels, but not unreasonable given excellent quality. During very warm weather, the lack of airconditioning is a drawback, but the freshness of the location and availability of a nice outdoor pool are great pluses.
7.5 Good
Pros: Nature is perfect. Pool is OK.
Cons: People at the reception were so rude. They are kind only to Germans/natives or rich people. What about a simple engineer with a Turkish family? They should be well educated for kindness and should behave equal to everyone.
7.1 Good
Pros: A hotel in beuautiful surroundings, super close to Salzburg, with a great spa/sauna area. It feels overpriced for what you get though, both restaurant and hotel and the room didn’t meet our expectations (totally different then showed on the pictures)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Incredible location with a beautiful view of Salzburg. The restaurant was of a very high standard and the waiters were very attentive and friendly. The swimming pool was of good size and very clean. We recieved an upgrade for our room, and it was by far one of the nicest I have stayed in. It was very clean and spacious.
Cons: There didn't seem to be any a/c, so the room was very hot throughout the day and evening. No facilities to make tea and coffee in your room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Overall room comfort. Quality of furniture Swimming pool Location
Cons: A bit too warm (no air conditioning)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is amazing if you are trying to enjoy the fresh air and do some hikes. Takes an hour long walk to the city but is a bit challenging, very steep hills, but if you are enjoying that kind of adventure like I did, it is a perfect location for you. 20 mins drive to the city if using a car, 13€ by Uber.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel's location overlooking Salzburg is exceptionally beautiful and is enhanced by the hotel's classic "Alpine style". The kitchen serves really good food prepared from fresh ingredients.
Cons: While we stayed there, the hotel had a bigger party, which forced the kitchen because many of the guests had chosen to eat in the restaurant the same evening. It did mean a little waiting time, but the kitchen did not compromise on the quality of the courts.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: view was very nice, the breakfast good to very good. the room was very nice. parking place, the area very beautiful.
Cons: a little bit to cold! A little bit far from the city, but isn't a problem if you have a car!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Service , location , room . Nature
Cons: Nothing

Cons: Nothing, it was great.
7.0 Good
Pros: The location was good, dinner in the hotel restaurant as well.
Cons: Overpriced, staff at reception desk not effective and friendly. Late check in (3 pm) compared to early check out tim 11 am. To expensive for value!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was excellent for our needs - close to the railway station and on the way to the city centre, which was a convenient and very pleasant walk along the river Salzach. Very professional and friendly staff on reception. Very comfy rooms and quiet. Great night's sleep. A quality hotel. Didn't have chance to sample the Pitterkeller underneath but the menus looked great.
Cons: Paid for the breakfast (not included in the rate) on one day - it was ok but expensive. Other than that nothing.

Cons: Even though had a air conditioning, the room intended to get hot at some time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful night shift staff. We got an upgrade so the room is big enough to lay two big luggage out.
Cons: Location a little far off the main tourist attractions, even though it's within a walking distance.
Hotel Friesacher - Anif - Building

9.1 Excellent (1,034 reviews)

Overview Reviews
Visitors to Anif will find that the Hotel Friesacher is a fantastic accommodation choice. There's plenty to do nearby, with Zoo Salzburg, and Kletterpark Waldbad Anif all just a both distance away. At the end of a busy day, travelers can unwind and relax in the hotel or go out and enjoy the city. When it comes to Anif hotels, the Hotel Friesacher is highly regarded for its excellent facilities.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful team, nothing too much trouble, very helpful. Particular mention the girl with dark hair on reception was lovely and very helpful. The dark haired lady who made omelettes at breakfast was so very nice and really started the day off wonderfully...along with fabulous omelettes ! Excellent breakfast, proper juice, coffee etc.
Cons: Only one thing...being asked if I would like to pay my bill in my home currency. This is a con as it always costs more and you should always pay in the Country’s currency that you are in. Please stop this,it may catch people out and it doesn’t become such a wonderful hotel as yours. Many thanks for a wonderful stay.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: How clean and spacious the room was and an incredible large balcony. I also loved the breakfast, that was the highlight of the stay for sure!
Cons: Pillow were too soft. Even with both pillows stacked, my head seemed to fall right thru to the mattress.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was excellent.. more than what I expected especially the underground parking which takes you directly to the room. Only 15 min from salzburg center
Cons: None
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good breakfast. Beds very good, but 2 matrasses. Very good (and free) parking garage. Large outside pool. Heated (in october!) Swim from inside the spa area to the outside.
Cons: A warning from the reception on the nearby fire brigade garage would be good. We where alarmed at 04:00 am when a very loud warlike sirene was wailing. This had nothing to do with the hotel. I gues that this is the way the local firemen are alerted. Nether the less I was standing in my bath robe at the reception!! No jacussi in welness area. Some staff did not really speak English or German.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Just as expected. Pool was a saviour in the terrific heat during our stay, but unfortunately no air con in rooms. Most staff pleasant and helpful - one girl on reception not so much. Was given one of the smallest double rooms on the 1st floor of the main building, which was actually quite large enough and well-fitted, big tv, bath in bathroom, big balcony overlooking Untersberg. Breakfast buffet very good with everything you could wish for including cooked-to-order eggs.. Underground garage a boon and easy to use. Spa area well appointed with free herbal teas. towels, showers, sauna etc. Pool temperature perfect.
Cons: For price, I think they could let you have the odd coffee free from the self-service machines in the bar. We were roundly told off for preparing to help ourselves... "Only for conference guests!". Not everyone wants to eat in the post restaurant every evening, but the Einkehr beer garden a disappointment as the food was not particularly traditional and was overpriced.. Menu very limited. Over 10 euros for four tiny cups of not very interesting and very similar dips with just a few slices of bread to put them on was poor. Went out to Sankt Leonard most nights to eat.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: old and pretty hotel, big room, big bathroom breakfast is decent classic old hotel can't comment about location because I rented a car
Cons: mattress seems tad old (bit squeaky and not comfortable)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable and relaxing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fantastic breakfast, gluten-free bread and organic sheep yoghurt available!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent family hotel. Breakfast was perfect. All food have farmers food quality. Anif is beautifull village. Herbert von Karajan grave are there. 20 min by bus to Salzburg downtown.

Cons: NOTHING
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel and nice, helpful and not-annoying personal. I got late check-in (came there around 22:00, took my room-card from the box near front door). Other hotels in the area doesn’t have late check-in, so that’s your choice, night-traveler. Beside that, they have good decoration in the hall, helpful flyers, maps, bus schedule and etc. Thanks!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff were always happy to answer our questions: where could we get the best local gelato(which was GREAT) to where could we buy Birkenstock shoes at a good price, (which we did) they greeted us with smiles, always happy to get us ice. (We Americans love our ice)
Cons: No air conditioning and there was a heat wave 4 days in the 90’s (F). They did put fans in our rooms

9.6 Excellent
Pros: I like the style of the hotel. Luxury and elegant. Everything meets my expectations except the price.
Cons: The price was bit high. I think because it was Summer art festival,
6.3 Good
Pros: Reception staff, housekeeping and room service staff were all excellent.
Cons: The price for a river view room was too much given the poor quality of the Salzburg view. Having just come from Prague and Budapest, Salzburg's skyline is pretty dull. Also, construction made getting to the room tricky.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was amazing! We felt like royalty. The staff was exceptional. It is a quick walk to all the local sites! The refreshments left in our room were a surprise bonus. We loved it and would definitely stay again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel. Great staff. Friendly and helpful. Concierge and team very knowledgeable, thank you. Asked for a thinner quilt which was supplied no problem.
Cons: Evening specials in the restaurant would have been better printed as a flier rather than being told by the waiter. A pair of wooden tongs for retrieving the toast out of the toaster would help.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel is conveniently located for festival goers. Facility is old and room small.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location, very clean room and friendly staff
Cons: The in house restaurants were just too expensive
4.5 Okay

10.0 Excellent
Pros: All restaurant food was exceptional!!

Pros: We lived everything about this place. My only complain was that the air conditioner was turned off due to construction. But honestly that is the only complaint. I would come back and stay here without a doubt!

Pros: One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff was gracious, helpful, and very professional.

Pros: Bed and pillows were very nice. The breakfast was A-MAZ-ING! All the staff were super-nice and were so kind to speak English for us. We loved renting the electric bikes.
Cons: The air conditioning was not at the same level of excellence as everything else.

Pros: Easy access to bus, and easy to get to city. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff was nice and helpful.
Cons: Didn't get to use the sauna because we were so busy out in the city all day.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was exceptionally good in relation to the choices available and the quality of what was on offer. A good selection of meats and cheeses but also cooked eggs and bacon and a great choice of breads, pastries, fruits and yoghurt. Hotel is a short bus ride from the centre, has wonderful views of the mountains from the rooms and staff could not be more helpful.
Cons: Two very small things which in no way spoilt the stay: fresh orange juice would have been nice and a cotton sheet on the bed.
6.3 Good

Cons: One of the staff members at the reception was quite rude with my daughter when she asked for a travel adaptor.
7.9 Good
Pros: The hotel far from the centre around 10 min by car or 20 min by bus and the bus stop very close to the hotel but this are good to me for relaxing and the circumstance around the hotel very awesome, internet speed is good, breakfast is okay (ordinary western breakfast)
Cons: No electric kettle in the room

Featured amenities include express check-in, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and a 24-hour front desk. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was huge and the variety of pillows was great for people who may need more than one (like me). The bathroom was lovely, really clean, all the appliances worked a dream. One of the little things I really liked was when you put the room key into the wall to activate the lights, the television turned on displaying a fish tank scene, which was just a lovely little touch which put a smile on my face. I loved how the little balcony edge was glass, as it made the room light and airy.
Cons: The only thing I found was that when using the hairdryer in the bathroom and when having the hot shower on, the bathroom itself got VERY warm and humid, to the point we had to open the door for 10 minutes before me or my partner went in for a shower. If there was some kind of fan system that was easier to locate that would have made it much better. Also, this is only a small thing, but as an English guest, it would have been a dream if there was a kettle and some teabags/coffee in the room, we can’t survive without our morning cup of tea...!
7.0 Good
Pros: I love the ambience that has a tasteful modern design. The furnitures are comfortable and soothing to the eye.
Cons: The carpet needs to be vacuum daily. I will be happy to have the possibility to have some drinks in the room.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Close to city centre, direct bus, parking, personnel
Cons: Some noise from outside, not possible to open window to busy street
10.0 Excellent

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location was beside a bus stop - very convenient for going into the city proper. There is a supermarket behind the hotel that’s open at 8 am. Facilities are top notch and room was very comfortable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Out of the city centre, quiet with plenty of local amenities, bus to city centre literally outside, great value and helpful staff. Great shower, clean room comfy beds with two single duvets (double bed).
Cons: A bit more storage space and tea/ coffee facilities would of improved the room experience.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Easy to get to, grocery store right behind hotel. Bar is ran by reception, very nice being able to get a drink and set outside. Close to tram stop.
Cons: Nothing it was beautiful, breakfast was good, beds were comfortable.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and good to sleep and it is quiet, comes with toiletries. If it comes with kettle would be perfecto.
Cons: There is no kettle in the room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: a nice place, bus station in front, supermarket behind... everything you need

9.6 Excellent
Pros: We really liked and greatly appreciated the excellent friendly, helpful staff. The location was great. The coffee machine in the room was nicer than expected. We really liked this cozy hotel and found it to be a good value,
Cons: This was our fault for not looking closer, but when we arrived we went to the wrong hotel location (there were two). Took us only 10 min or so to correct the error and get to this one. There is really nothing we didn't like. We did not try the breakfast so have no feedback on that.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to the old town, two great restaurants on the same street and close to the river
7.5 Good
Pros: Good location, hotel staffs are very nice to share lots information about traffic.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, room, staff
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic--in the Neustadt just across the river from the old town. It was very beautiful and quiet. The great Johanneskeller restaurant is directly across the street, and the Mozart Wohnhaus is around the corner (the Café Classic by the Wohnhaus is great for a cheap, traditional breakfast or lunch). Parking was easy at Mirabellplatz, a few blocks away (it is 30€/day in 2019).
Cons: The pillows were a bit thin for my taste, but there was an extra in the closet.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was very large. The staff at the front desk was very nice. The location is very central.
Cons: the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom was large, but the shower was very small.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, and very friendly staff. Lovely views too. Its a short walk to the city centre.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: None
8.3 Excellent
Pros: A quiet location near the town center. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Nice garden.
Cons: Place was not easy to find. Squeaky floor and bed, making us uncomfortable to move around in the evening. The bath"room" was newly refurbished but was more like a closet with glass doors than a room. Even though the place is very high in the landscape you have no scenery due to high trees on the lot (1st floor).
9.6 Excellent
Cons: Bathroom is very small. Shower entrance has aprox.40 cm
4.0 Okay
Pros: breakfast
Cons: the room has a strong unpleasant decoration smell. Location is not convenient.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Cozy bed and amazing to wake up to that snow-capped mountain view off the balcony! Views just continue at breakfast and they'll make your eggs to order.
Cons: A bit of a hike at night, back up the hill in the dark.

Pros: 1. Great staff. 2. Nice breakfast. 3. Picturesque views inside and outside 4. Salzburg just 15 minutes away by bus - 2.40€ per person.
Cons: 1. It is not bad, of course, but the castle nearby is totally closed even for photography. Royal blood is living there. 2. No a/c in the room. Fortunately we have been there in autumn and didn't need that.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very kind personnel, stylish rooms, fancy breakfast hall, ritch but not excelent breakfast, and above all, magnificent garden for breakfast/diner and daily laziness[(c) Google translate] and sitting in shadow or in sun.
Cons: Very noisy locstion, near the crossroad at the main road. Trucks accelerating from the semaphore early in the morning.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Our room was airy and clean, with a large bathroom. Both the breakfast and dinner were amazing.
Cons: No A/C so it can get warm on the upper floors during summer. It didn't bother us too much, though.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great room, historic and ver traditional surroundings, good breakfast, nice bathroom
Cons: Could not reach anybody on phone when looking for the hotel keys at the reception (hotel was closed on check in day). Later on it turned out that key was actually easy to find, but short email would have been helpful

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff, great outdoor restaurant, and bicycle friendly. The gasthaus is 100 meters from the stadt bad which was the perfect way to spend a warm afternoon after riding out from Salzburg.
4.3 Okay
Pros: It was near the lake. There was free use of bikes to explore the area and free wi-fi in the hotel.
Cons: Our room was not available that we had booked. The staff did not speak good English and this created a barrier with reference to the incorrect room and using some of the facilities in and around the hotel. Lack of knowledge of the local area and lack of care for guests in general.
