10.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable.
Cons: The parents that allowed their kids to run the hallways between 9-11:30 pm both evenings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was above average, including farm fresh yogurt and make your own pancakes. An extra treat was the coffee machine. Its clear the rooms have been updated and they have tried hard to make the rooms nicer.
Cons: No complaints
6.7 Good
Pros: Of all the complimentary breakfast was probably the best thing about it.
Cons: Other than that, I paid a rate of $105 for a 2 queen dbl bed room and the $130 for what was suppose to be their top notch room the King Deluxe/Hot Tub Room on a Saturday-Sunday stay. The hot tub dripped from the faucet all night long, there’s broken tile around the hot tub, wallpaper peeling from the wall and the room was basically the same size as the room I paid the rate of $105 on..... Also, it was on the first floor and on the side of the building where my view from the window is the front of the hotel parking lot..... so really wasn’t impressed and honestly probably unlikely that I will stay again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Reasonable price. Enjoyed the breakfast (coffee machine with variety of coffees including hot chocolate, Pepsi selection, yogurt dispenser).
Cons: No issues

Pros: Ease of access from highway.
Cons: First room on third floor was next to a bunch of very loud drunken men behaving badly at 11PM...in adjacent room and across the hall. Staff kindly moved us, but new rom smelled badly of smoke. Staff kindly moved us to a third room. By then it was late!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything itt was very nice
Cons: I liked everything
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Registration staff by far provided better than excellent customer service.
Cons: Families staying on the weekends allowing their children to run up and down the hall at mock speed and allowing them to use the beds as trampolines, jumping from bed to bed and bed to the floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service was excellent. The young lady working at the front desk was extremely pleasant and accomodating. I requested that measures were taken to make sure my room didn't smell like smoke and I was pleased with the result. The tub and private jacuzzi were both well cleaned.
Cons: I have no complaints.

Cons: Breakfast left a little to be desired but was as advertised.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to the highway
Cons: Front desk staff arguing with each other. The time it took to check in. The room obviously used to be a smoking room and the minute you turn on the bathroom fan or room fan you could tell immediately that it was a smoking room at one time. The "hot" food at the breakfast bar was Luke warm at best.

Pros: Great location in city

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the river that just so relaxing.
Cons: Enjoy everything about the property.
5.0 Okay
Pros: location
Cons: White duvet cover was filthy and the sheets were rough and hard. Pillows were too soft. Also, shower was dirty and lots of hair visible. Also the signage in the parking lot was horrible. No indication that East lobby and elevator was closed for constructi
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Never had to move vehicle. Close to everything.
6.0 Good
Cons: probably would never stay here again. I can get the same comfort which would include a microwave and refrigerator for a much cheaper price. Nice place but you don't get enough things with the room for the price that they are charging. My stay was booked for 87.12 (taxes already included). I added 1 person to my room when I arrived and was told my room charge would be 111 and some change plus 22 for parking. My bill came up to 151 and change, just doesn't add up. The explaination given was taxes the extra person 24 charge and then another 40 for taxes. That is pretty high for taxes on 24 dollars. This is a copy of my reservation through booking.com. As you see taxes are already included in original price. 1 Queen Room with Two Queen Beds - Non-Smoking 6.57 % TAX is included. 9.50 % City tax is included. Total Price $87.12
5.0 Okay
Pros: Its big and had a cool aquarium bar
Cons: The rooms were in desperate need of upgrading
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Convenience to my business trip; that it is downtown Louisville
Cons: Construction made it hard to access the hotel initially---very few directions. We were assigned an "assisted" room which we did not need.
1.0 Poor
Pros: 2 night in row we stayed the hotel it's self is nice the guest next to us proceeded to party all night and smoke weed, not a pleasant evening. The night clerk at the desk could care less , and the phone in our room wouldn't work to call front desk , when I called from my cell no one answered! Obviously at 1 am someone is calling your phone for a reason! The security officers were helpful after we made 2 trips downstairs to complain. Not exactly what I expected at a supposed nicer hotel, won't be in a hurry to stay here again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Classy and friendly staff
Cons: The hotel was going through a remodel and was under construction
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness really
Cons: I did not like the fact that my room didn’t have either a refrigerator or a microwave. And I’m baffled with how I got the room for --- but yet I ended up paying an extra hundred dollars?

Cons: The sheets were stiff. :-(
7.0 Good
Pros: I think the location is the best thing about this hotel. The hotel sits on the river and the location is near some great restaurants.

Pros: Our favorite aspect of this hotel is the indoor pool. It's the warmest that we've ever been to. Wish there was a hot tub too but the pool literally feels like a bath so it's ok. Dinner was excellent, waitress was very friendly and food was good.
Cons: There isn't a fan in the bathroom so it gets really steamy when showering. No microwave in the room. We tried to eat in the restaurant for lunch and were ignored, ended up getting up and leaving. It was about 1pm so maybe they were getting ready to close.

But, they have changed my refrigerator quickly when I moved in and told them it is not working. I could laundry my clothes, and buy water and paper toilet from gas station next door.
Cons: They charged me a penalty for one day check out sooner! Staff are very though and hard to talk with. hotel did not even give me a paper toilet or changing my sheets, I could have changed my towels once return them to lobby.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Location and the privacy
Cons: Asked them to fix the TV but they never did..
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was clean and it was nice to have a stove and functional kitchen. Quiet through the night and felt like a safe neighborhood. I would stay here again.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Managers reception was great. Wait staff was great. Breakfast and staff were also great.
Cons: House keeping did not service our room. We had the do not disturb on and got breakfast. Came back and left. We didn’t arrive back until almost 9pm and the front staff was not helpful and we never received towels for the morning. Valet was poor. They obviously didn’t plan for the volume of people staying there. The valet left our friends car parked on the street with the hazards on all night and killed the battery. Took almost an hour to correct it and give the car back. They bed was very uncomfortable.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice staff. Cool atmosphere and art museum is open to all for free. Cleanest hotel I have ever been in, amazingly clean. Very comfortable beds.
Cons: Parking is in parking garage close to hotel and is paid parking. Its downtown though, so maybe to be expected. They do a $100 fee on card used to check in. Hoping this is one of those refunded debits where they are just testing card.

Cons: Other guests were a bit noisy in the hall.
1.0 Poor
Pros: Unique museum environment
Cons: We arrived at 4pm and finally checked in at 4:40. We were given misinformation on the parking right next door to the hotel. First of all, parking clearance was only (6-8) for the parking structure next door.

Pros: Love the art museum and the hotel restaurant had an amazing breakfast.
Cons: The only reason I gave the room a 7 out of 10 stars was because the pillows were very flat.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location...staff was great ..breakfast was good
Cons: All rooms are single queen didnt know that however I was provided a rollaway
5.0 Okay
Pros: Ok breakfast choices, good location, near gas stations, food, and the highway.
Cons: Got put in a room right across from where the dining room was. Quite noisy and was hard to sleep past 6am on vacation because of the noise. Our bathroom ceiling was mostly missing so there were many exposed pipes. A couch or chair would have been nice
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean well run hotel. Breakfast and complimentary evening meals good.
Cons: Nothing all good
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was pretty awesome room a bit dirty, Neatly picked up just some dirty areas but still happy. :)
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Someone used an aroma spray to mask smoking in another room. The odor was nauseating and took a while to dissipate.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: Room was outdated and not as clean as expected
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: When checking in the staff at that time were very helpful and nice. The price fit the budget however not a deal without proper sleep.
Cons: Walls must be thin because I kept being woke up by the next room and hall noises, talking, yelling. I called front desk and was told nothing much she could do about it but she would try calling the next room. The breakfast attendant was rude.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location
Cons: Not even close to a 3 star hotel
7.9 Good
Pros: Croissant were just okay. Nice location; nice, helpful staff.
Cons: Pillows were too shifty; not enough fill.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The room and breakfast staff were very friendly, helpful and curtious. How shameful the higher paid employees did as little as necessary while the least paid employees showed their medal. If we knew how to praise them personally we'd give them both $100 for their Kentucky kindness. They are the kind of citizens I remember from the 60's.
Cons: Staff not excessively helpful. Excuses for everything they didn't or wouldn't do. CORONAVIRUS was their #1 reason for being lazy and rude. I questioned their reason(s) for not wearing masks or gloves or being at the counter. Again, coronavirus was the dominating excuse of the fear factor. All in all they're just lazily watching tv behind the wall.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Proximity to restaurants
Cons: Not very clean, hard bed, location is tucked away, breakfast was horrible except for the fruit. This is a $--- hotel maybe, good to get you thru one night & move on. I very rarely give bad reviews so trust me on this one.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was convenient to the highway, and very convenient to neighboring restaurants. It was clean, had a very helpful staff, and offered a large varied breakfast..
Cons: We prefer a waffle maker to a pancake maker.

Pros: Registration staff by far provided better than excellent customer service.
Cons: Families staying on the weekends allowing their children to run up and down the hall at mock speed and allowing them to use the beds as trampolines, jumping from bed to bed and bed to the floor.

Pros: Proximity to the highway
Cons: Front desk staff arguing with each other. The time it took to check in.
