Pros: Efficient check in. Liked the shuttle bus service from subway to airport.

Cons: As expected this is a commuter flight so very stripped down in terms of amenities. Tight plane seating and those overhead bins just barely accommodate the carry on.

Pros: The crew is always friendly at Porter. The free wine is awesome.

Cons: There’s no entertainment.

Cons: Honestly, even if the aircraft was delayed, there is nothing one can do and just be patient. Lunch and dinner vouchers were issued, that was well appreciated!

Pros: Flight was fine

Cons: So many delays which missed our connection. Very costly. It’s the next day and I’m still not to Montreal!

Pros: Ground staff was very good about keeping us informed.

Cons: Unfortunate that plane was late arriving - weather problems I expect.

Cons: the boarding process was chaotic. not enough time was allowed for zone 1 passengers. the plane was old. the inflight entertainment didn’t work. the crew was friendly though. there was no hot food but the cold selections were ok. i would expect a much better customer experience for business class passengers.

Pros: when you enter Canada and then travel through YVR for another flight it is a total waste. Not the fault of the airline but the way they do things with security

Pros: The flight wasn’t full, and we travelled with a lap infant - we really appreciated that they blocked off row for us.

Cons: The food is a scam. It’s overpriced, made poorly, and it’s the only option if you didn’t pack anything onto the plane with you.

Cons: Upgraded to premium. Only offered cookes and drinks. Screens weren’t working for 5 hour flight.

Cons: Better bathroom access for premium economy

Pros: Crew was good n seat could have been bigger.

Cons: Landing late to Chicago almost cost me my connection so I was stressed and could not eat due to limited time in between. The airline didn't notify us of being late to Chicago until I was on plane. We were told it was on time. Very disappointing..

Cons: Flute gate changed 35 min prior to boarding to a new gate that was a 10 min walk. That was stressful. The flight ended up being delayed 20 min as well.

Cons: Seats are REALLY small

Pros: Short, sweet, uneventful

Cons: Old Aircraft, no power outlets, small TV displays, picture distorted, low quality LCD, mediocre Entertainment menu

Pros: Boarding was smooth. Landing was smooth

Cons: The power outlets didnt work.
