It was a little thing: the cleaning staff forgot to supply shampoo and bath gel on two days and coffee creamer one day.

The property is nice as well as the location but I think the professionalism of the front desk was outstanding from the moment we checked in and everyday until we checked out .
No issues really, other than on our last morning there was not the regular chef in the kitchen and breakfast was delayed and not as good . Minor issue in the larger picture .

Right in the middle of the Old Town. Close to restaurants, bus to Pena Palace. Valet parking service was great. Staff very helpful. Breakfast okay
