Pros: The food available was great, I loved the access to the sea that was a great addition to the pool.
Cons: The prices of drinks, particularly if it’s half board why are evening drinks not included. €4 for a larger in a plastic cup by the pool is excessive!

Cons: Studio wasn’t clean, cobwebs in the glasses for example, poorly equipped, no chopping board or sharp knives, had to purchase.

6.3 Good
Pros: British Lady from the bar is really nice and doing good job to keep good atmosphere in the hotel. Nice music during the morning breakfast or evening chill. Good service in the reception, always smile and helpful. Every day clean towels and linen. Good swimming pool. Nice cats around the hotel. Good location outside if Skala city centre crowd. Good view on the Sea. Good air condition in the room. Quite big room and proper size of the balcony.
Cons: Hotel should be advertised as max of three stars. The hotel rooms and facility are strongly looking for refurbishment. Rooms are a bit dark and lighting should better and not cold but warm light. Room equipment should be newer it's pretty old and quite used by the time. No shampoo in the bathroom but received two on request from the reception. On the check out I received additional tax payment of 21 euros, which I wasn't inform before. Breakfasts are the same every single day, after a week in the hotel you don't know what to eat. Kitchen should be more Mediterranean & various. Two menus during the week is not a huge deal. Quality of the sausages should better and beacon more crispy, real orange juice is not an advantage in this century. Room service need to be improved like the same hotel clothes or houskeeping cart. Lobby should be closed and air conditioned. I was sweat after couple of minutes waiting for a service. This area should be closed and nice cold even locals don't like to be cooled. A but weird aircon in the 135 room which gives a noise of wind outside the window but cooling is pretty well.

9.2 Excellent
Pros: very nice arrangement and architecture and well maintained; cool and relaxed. in general very friendly staff, especially reception and cleaning staff. quiet corner of kefalonia.
Cons: problems with internet, early closure of pool bar, breakfast arrangements (buffet breakfast already closed 10 - 15 minutes prior official end of breakfast hours, some waiters unfriendly, although most really great!)
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely staff who were super friendly and helpful. Amazing pool with plenty of sunbeds and a bar, as well as a small rocky beach across the road.
Cons: Quite far from anything, half hour walk to the closest restaurants/shops but the hotel does provide a free shuttle that you can pre-book.
7.1 Good
Pros: the staff were nice , hotel was cute Clean beds and bathroom , a little bit of outdated decor
Cons: The food was below expectations and the AC was too warm in the room .
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was good and staff pleasant but not over-friendly
Cons: The majority of our fellow guests/people staying on the complex were very unfriendly and on a number of occasions very rude - this made us not want to spend much time around the pool area during the day and we didn’t once visit the on-site bar in the evening
7.5 Good
Pros: Very handy having the private parking opposite and always lots of room. Loved the two mini private beaches a little ramble down stairs opposite the village - absolutely heavenly snorkelling in crystal clear waters! Very attentive staff at breakfast service, keeping the food looking tidy and fresh and clearing tables speedily. Appreciated the daily room service and the sea view from our small balcony was spectacular. Powerful shower and comfy bed.
Cons: As some of the other reviews say, the hotel is very tired and dated. It wasn’t a problem for us because we booked it knowing it wasn’t a 5-star. But there was a bit of an end of season feel and the decor is so 80s/90s. New furniture, repairs and a lick of paint would do wonders. The location is beautiful and we enjoyed the (long) walk to and from Skala in the evenings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Mediterranean cuisine.Delicious freshly cooked dishes. friendly staff with a warm smile. Rooms in simple decor but with magnificent sea views. Spacious public room and great relaxing pool overlooking the sea.
Cons: Some spots could be renovated.
7.5 Good
Pros: great pool and good choice of food. beautiful bays just at the front of the hotel to chill and swim with lovely clear water but rocky and pebbly so take beach/water shoes. shuttle bus into town was helpful. great views from our apartment balcony. The receptionist lady was very friendly and helpful giving us information and booking a boat trip for us.
Cons: Would have been nice to have some evening entertainment! nothing going on so had to go into town for any music. The food in the buffet was really nice but there were no labels so you didn't know what you were eating! The gym needs cleaning and could do with mirrors and some mats and sanitiser to wipe down the equipment after use.
7.9 Good
Pros: Nice atmosphere. Great breakfast.
Cons: Rooms are a but small.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The establishment was very good and we will come again. It was in a great location with all amenities (including the sea!) close by. The rooms were spacious and very clean, sheets being changed daily. The breakfast was lovely too, fresh fruit, Greek yoghurt, cereal, fresh bread, ham, cheese, boiled eggs and toast all included in the very reasonable price. The Captains Bar immediately opposite allows residents the option of wandering a 2-3 min walk to the Main Street for a drink or having a leisurely cocktail on the pleasant frontage. The staff were very friendly especially Anna who made us feel at home straight away. She looked after us so well and made our stay all the more enjoyable. I can’t recommend this enough for a friendly bed and breakfast at a very competitive price.
Cons: Everything was great
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fine, the room was clean and nice, the hotel is close to the beach and the main street. But what we liked the most was the Captain's Bar. The atmosphere, music and cocktails was great!

4.2 Okay
Pros: The view and location was stunning but that's about it. The room was large but basic.
Cons: The attitude of the staff was indifferent. The cleanliness of the hotel left a lot to be desired . No music or any sort of entertainment in the evening. The breakfast was really pathetic and boring with the same limited buffet style every day. And cats everywhere while you were eating.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location! You're right by the beach! What more could you want! The restaurant is good and for goodness sakes Brits - stop moaning that you don't get a full English included!! You get breakfast - if you want that kind of holiday then go somewhere else! Or...pay for it! Toast, boiled eggs, watermelon, cereal, cake, fruit etc - what more could you want. We only used the restaurant for light lunches but each meal was prepared with care! The staff were sincere and lovable! And ample parking for your hire car that you're going to need to explore Kefalonia :)
Cons: For the price - I can't really say. You're in Greece, so keep calm and be Greek. I know that people may not like the fact that the shower is a "wet room" but there was always hot water on demand!. The only thing I would suggest is a microwave. That way, if you decide to enjoy a few drinks and take some food back to your room, you can reheat it easily.
7.5 Good
Pros: We enjoyed enormously the view from the room, the large room, the cleanliness. Also the beach was vast and with fine sand, very peaceful area if you really wish to escape from reality.
Cons: The restaurant at the hotel was with very slow service. Breakfast - even difficult to comment 7 mornings all the same - one fruit- watermelon, boiled eggs, toast and a cake, coffee, tea. That was all. NO other fruit, no cucumbers, tomatoes, no cheese, olives, nothing. They could have made a change with scrambled eggs, or something else, change the fruit add something else, like some pastries from a bakery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room, the gardens, the beach, the view, the peace and quiet, all wonderful and lovely staff and management.
7.1 Good
Pros: The location is perfect with views and balcony overlooking the beach - ideal for an early morning dip in the sea. They could make more use of the balcony/bar area.
Cons: The cleaning staff were a bit random in room cleaning. Some staff could learn how to smile (but Georgia was always very helpful and charming). The restaurant food was disappointing. The continental breakfast was "plastic".
7.9 Good
Pros: I've been travelling to Kefallonia for many years and always go back. The location was amazing, particularly the beach. The view from our room was fantastic and one of the best in the island. The place is one of the best I've booked in terms of location. It's ideal, particularly for families with kids. The property's cleanliness was spot on. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Also try not to miss the Greek night! The surrounding places such as garden are beautiful and well maintained.
Cons: The room and general state of the property are quite dated. The air conditioning in our room was noisy. Perhaps the management would consider investigating some money on redecorating the rooms. We found that some services are overpriced. The coffee -freddo cappuccino- for 2.5 euros was way too expensive. They charge 6 euros for an umbrella and sunbeds and this applies to everyone, even hotel's residents. That's overpriced and they could have offered a discount price or free sunbeds for the residents. Breakfast was one of the poorest I've had. There is no provision for people with dairy/gluten allergies and overall the quality of food was average. I'm originally from Greece and a food junkie, so clearly my expectations were quite high. Non of the meals met mine nor husband's expectations.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff Proximity to beach Garden
Cons: Rooms are basic but clean.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The sea and the sun.Good position.Beatiful wild beach. The room with mesmerizing view. We will definitely be back.
Cons: The worst breakfast i ever had.Bad coffee. Please change something or it is better to give up to offer the breakfast.
