We stayed in the hotel 3 nights and never had anyone clean the room. Bring towels or anything!
I did stay in Snowshoe year before for one night and room was not ready until 6:30 PM which screwed up the night skiing and dinner plan. This time the check in was fine for staying two nights (Feb 28 – March 1st/ Highland House), but the key to room did not work properly and then parking lot gate did not open and had to park half mile away. I did contact the office, and no one came to fix the key and for two days had to keep trying for five minutes each time to be able to get into room. The snowshoe is nice place for skiing in winter, but the problems are not worth the expenses. On top of all these, they closed the trails on far side at 4:15 (instead of 4:30) and forced us to walk almost a mile to the building.
Loved proximity to everything
Kids in hall after 8 being loud
Sofa bed was TERRIBLE!!!
were looking for a check in place for 30 min ! It turned out it's not in that hotel in we needed to ride back .
