While the office was easy to find, the drop-off spot was very unclear. They have a sign on the front window that the car return is behind the building. I drove all the way around the block and saw no signage for where to return the car. I had to park at a meter in front of the office, and go in to ask. The agent showed me a photo of where the drop off spot was. It is in a public parking garage. I still never saw any signage about Alamo car rental return, until after I drove into the garage and took a parking voucher to open the barrier gate.6.8 Okay

the car was really dirty.. it had phlegm in many parts inside the car.. really disgusting.. And Kayak charged me 11 Dollars for a car insurance that Enterprise didn’t recognize.. so I had to pay another car insurance.. disappointing. Another thing, there were not so many options for luxury cars, actually was only one option and It wasn’t the one I choose.. they gave me a Camaro intead of a Cadillac but considering the “..or similar” .. was fine9.6 Wonderful

They just wash a car right when I picked-up. It would be good if they did it before, I've booked it a month advance. I had bad experience about the care but it's not because of Enterprise. The car was breaking-in and I've lost my stuffs.Budget

The San Francisco location did a great job of getting us the car on time and helping us add insurance and drivers.Cons:
Drop-off at the Las Vegas airport was horrible. We returned the car with a full tank of gas, and I noticed that we were charged an additional $50 for gas. The workers were extremely rude and unprofessional about it, and moved slowly on the resolution on purpose when they knew we were in a hurry.10.0 Wonderful
