Pros: The fact that it wasn’t a full flight

Cons: Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane.

Pros: We had an issue with the baggage which h we were able to resolve quickly and easily and get some money back.

Cons: The cabin pressure gave me such a migraine, I couldn't think

Pros: They left my luggage in Calgary. I still don't know what flight they're returning it on it has to go to SF and then Fresno. Make sure you have a tag number for your luggage!!!

Cons: They make flights to depart on time. Also they should tell anything about the reason when they are delaying four times for a flight

Cons: Flight was so delayed that we missed our connection

Cons: 5 hour maintenance delay due to non-responding maintenance crew. Deplaned. Then re-boarded. Then additional delay due to broken tug. Ridiculous.

Pros: The crew was amazing and the flight was enjoyable

Cons: I could have stayed in Arizona instead if of flying back to rainy Seattle

Pros: Affordable non-stop flight.

Cons: Relatively long flight with no substantial snack.

Cons: It was so hot in the plane that we complained multiple times. I also travel with a small service animal and he was panting so hard and hard time breathing, other passengers were offering us water to wet him to cool him down. Several people were sick and coughing with hot air we are all guaranteed to be sick. #coronavirus

Pros: boarding was seamless and no hassles

Cons: the flight attendants were not as warm as they could be... one was rather sarcastic in her comments to passengers
