Pros: It got us to Atlanta on time.

Pros: Calm and safe, just like I like it.

Cons: Everything was late, the flight, the logage pick up, the aproching to the station which means 30 minutes inside the plane parked waiting for a spot to get off, and finally The Price.

Pros: Nothing to write home about.

Cons: Squished seats, mediocre food. Competitor deliver more for the same price or less.

Cons: One of the crew at the airplane was really rude was a Male. He needs be more sensitive with special needs passengers.

Cons: Check in problems with precheck. There seems to be a consistent issue with seeing our precheck on our boarding pass. This has happened twice. Otherwise good overall. Time to fix the problem

Cons: Our flight was delayed for 3 hours before they finally cancelled it. They wanted to put us on the earliest flight which is 24 hours later. It would’ve arrived in Mexico City around midnight. Our destination was Cancun. I asked the agent if there’s connecting flight to Cancun. They advised me to talk to their agent in Mexico City when I get there. Who does this? They send their passengers to Mexico City and let them fend for themselves in their connecting flight. And guess what there is no connecting flight at midnight! So they would let me spend the night in Mexico City airport and hopefully I can get on a fight to Cancun the next day. I finally was able to get another flight on a different airline. I called Interjet for money back. I was advised that the cancellation was the airports fault. The airport did not have parking for the plane. I then called the airport and was told that is not true. The airlines lease space for a gate. They would never say they don’t have space since they lease the space. If you want to get to your destination, don’t use Interjet!!!

Cons: Long delays No frills at all No information from staff In iah-mex they played a movie or something like that at full volume over pa system and icould not sleep No gates assigned till last minute

Cons: Everything! We were delayed by 5 hours. Communication to let passangers know what was going on was unacceptable. I would never fly interjet ever again!!
