Some great rooms, and some not so great...
We booked this hotel because it was excellent value for money given the location. The staff were very polite and the lobby area was quite nice. The breakfast was also good; typically swedish. Service was good overall.
The hotel is being renovated, while some rooms are evidently quite nice, ours felt like a hospice. Very low uncomfortable stiff beds and really cheap furniture. The room looked barren with a useless boxy TV. Very old curtain and flooring to boot. The bathroom was no better. Synthetic flooring again typical of a hospital, and the cheapest bathtub there is, when bent as you stood in it. Lime-scaled faucets too, and a nasty shower curtain.
Good service and friendly personnel. The location was perfect, near metro stations and also restaurants and cafes. Comfortable and peaceful neighborhood.
Breakfast is truly outstanding. Very large choice of excellent food, which is in addition changing from day to day. The reception/lobby of the hotel is very cosy and beautiful.
Hotel - apart from its lobby/reception/breakfast room - definitly needs renovation. In the rooms, furniture is falling apart. Walls and ceilings need profound renovation, not only re-painting. Probably back to mid-20th century, rooms were really beautiful, but it was a long time ago!
Should be renovated as soon as possible.
Pure equipment and furniture (almost disintegrated).
Convenient location for both town and the university, good loac amenities.
the brunch and the staff, and the location...
It's a cozy place and the staff, although overworked, are very friendly and helpful.
location is OK
bathroom should be reinnovated and equipped according to room rate
because of the location and comfortable room
I would like to have more english speaking TV programs in your hotel
quiet, okay breakfast, you can come and go whenever you like without the need of calling the reception (fine trick with the door code)
missing bulbs in the ceiling lamp
Clean and big room, good bed, warm blanket, quite central location and not too far (about 300m) from subway station
The temperarature outside was -12C, the radiators were not warm enough, the room was quite cold, perhaps some +17 - +18. The other window was ajar and icy when we arrived.
