1.0 Poor
Pros: The location.
Cons: The fact that there was blood on my sheets, and we didn't notice it until morning because we were dead tired ,and wasn't paying attention. Then the A/C leaked all over the floor soaking clothes on the floor. The food for breakfast wasn't that good either

Cons: Shower head sucked
10.0 Excellent

5.0 Okay
Pros: Room layout and size was as expected. Kitchen was well equipped, cleanliness was ok and price is very competitive.
Cons: Requested the room for elderly person, but they were unable to use the beds since they were over 34” high. Never had seem beds this high in any hotel I stayed at. Stayed for 4 days and since this was over a weekend there was no maid service or they just were to lazy to come to our room. No towels, soap, and beds were not made. In the weekend the staff would not support any of the requests. On day shift Monday, they were very concerned and supportive of the situation. (They Applied a small discount to the stay) Found out that they can adjust the height of the bed. Since the person in our party had to sleep on the couch during our stay, I really would not like to give this hotel a rating. The free breakfast had significant verities of items, but were of the lowest quality and really not edible. I have stay at many hotels that had lite breakfasts and at least the quality of food was edible. Will not stay at IHG hotels again.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The suites were very spacious
Cons: Not a fan of carpet. I feel any hotel that allow pets should have wood plank floors other then the bathrooms. I feel the stains on the carpets were attributed from animals
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and we had everything we needed. The breakfast was great and overall everything seemed very clean
Cons: There were some places in the room with rust spots and signs of age but overall if was a very nice room and everything was clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location! Perfect if you are looking for an extended stay. Its also located right next to Cuyahoga National Park. Only stayed 1 night, but i could see be very happy there for an extended stay. Room was exceptionally clean! Kitchenette was great and fully stocked with pots and pans and all utensils, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. And of course a coffee pot. Breakfast was included and was delicious. Food included hot and cold items, coffee, soda, juice, milk.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So clean and good sound proof
Cons: No hot tub
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful 2 bedroom suite; nice hotel and staff.
Cons: Food items and coffee not replenished during Sunday morning breakfast, and tables could stand to be wiped down. A dedicated breakfast attendant would be very useful.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Nice location
Cons: Definitely not a 3 star. Very disappointing. Carpets dirty. Lots of smoking and alcohol in open areas. Breakfast included by coupons but minimal food by 8 am and people taking plates into bathroom to wash them because there were no clean plates. Yuck

Pros: The price was the main thing I liked about this hotel.
Cons: The room did get some noise from the highway next door. Also the window didn't have a screen.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I would not stay there again . The elevator look like someone just threw carpet in them and were not swept . All the floors looked like they needed a good vacuum. Cook needed lesson on how to cook . Just did not seem like the Marriott s .
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location within walking distance to some great restaurants.
Cons: Had to hunt down the bartender and when he finally came to the bistro, he made drinks EXTREMELY slow. Like, 15 minutes for 2 drinks. And we were the only 2 people there. Also, no continental breakfast option. Would be nice to offer free coffee, at the very least.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The guy that did my check in was very helpful and kind!
1.0 Poor
Cons: We stayed in a full non smoking hotel as myself nor my coworker smoke. I was later charged 288.13 on top of the nightly fee because they said we smoked in the room. Neither of us are smokers. And they couldn't provide me with any proof that we smoked in the room. We travel for work and frequently stay in hotels sometimes for months at a time and I have never received a complaint. There extra charge was bogus and unlawfull.

Pros: On the river
Cons: Had horrible service in bar a couple of times. Was promised some sort of compensation but never happened. And service didn''t get any better so I know staff was not told by front desk. Food not quite as good as previous stays. Prob wont stay again
6.0 Good
Pros: Staff was very friendly and helpful
Cons: Used washcloth left on shower curtain and my room smelled like smoke.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful river view every morning at breakfast. Room was a great space with 2 tvs, separation b/w bed & rest of suite. Clean. Courteous staff.
Cons: Courteous staff with exception of one hostess (Sunday 11/13/16, 10am) at the restaurant who didn't seem to know how to greet me. Not sure what that was about.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view of the river was awesome, and the bed was amazingly comfortable. The suite was huge!!!
Cons: Nothing.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Close to the highway, property and room were tidy. We stayed amid the corona virus so the place was a virtual ghost town.
Cons: Our king size bed felt like we were sleeping on concrete. Both my husband and I could not sleep, it was terrible. I moved to the sofa ( we had a king suite) and that wasn’t any better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Sheraton at Cuyahoga Falls was great. Rooms are super clean and really well put together. The staff was super friendly. I really like the overall feel of the hotel. Will absolutely be back.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Loved the small wet bar with a sink and the fact the suite had doors that closed to a separate living room. These two things make traveling with an infant so much easier! Also very good food from the restaurant downstairs. THe surrounding town is quaint and there is plenty of green space to walk your dogs and stretch your own legs after a long travel.
7.5 Good
Pros: Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean.I love the Riverside view.I just hate that the pool is always closed and it never says so on the website. It should not be listed as an amenity if it's never open.
Cons: I live in town and we stay for special occasions. It was my 40th birthday. We love the pool at the Sheraton unfortunately three out of the last five times we've stayed in the last 3 years the pool has been closed. I understand that there is maintenance that needs done but for it to be closed that often is ridiculous. That's one of the reasons you're paying over $200 a night to stay at the hotel.Everything else was great about the stay but when you go for leisure and the pool and jacuzzi or closed it really puts a damper on the trip. Staff was very apologetic and professional.

7.6 Good
Pros: The location was excellent and the staff were efficient and friendly. It was unexpectedly quiet too, given its location; though in all fairness the university was not in session during our stay.
Cons: It was a bit scruffy around the edges. No doubt due to heavy use in a college town. Not a serious issue. I would still recommend it to a friend.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Front desk clerk was very helpful and friendly upon check in. Room was cozy and comfortable. Nice size TV. Micro and fridge were convenient

6.0 Good
Pros: The beds were very comfortable and the room clean. The water was nice and hot and had great water pressure. The mini fridge worked great and the little freezer got our ice pack back to frozen! Check in was quick, easy, and the concierge pleasant.
Cons: The place needs some updating. The bathroom was looking run down the pool is apparently closed permanently. Due to Covid they were not offering the continental breakfast but also offered no substitute even though ‘breakfast included’ was advertised. The hallway and stairs leading to the second floor had lots of dirt on the carpet, clumps of dried mud- made me nervous about how the room would be.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was really nice and the room has all you need.
Cons: The building is a bit dated and some of the infrastructure is not as pictured, like the pool.

7.0 Good
Pros: Good location for my needs. Adequate accommodations. Good price.
Cons: No morning coffee available. Had to ask for extra toilet paper; no extra in room.
6.0 Good
Pros: It was close to Blossom Music Center
Cons: Toilet needed repair. TV was a bit small. "Continental" breakfast was lame. Consisted of coffee and a few boxes of danishes and honey buns. I took a danish for the road trip home. It was moldy.
5.1 Okay
Pros: The room was clean. The wifi was fast. The owners were cooperative.
Cons: Lacking privacy. No food except a marginal breakfast called continental. No iron in the room. Sofa was small and uncomfortable. No locker to keep your valuables in. 90$ was a very high price for this room. I stayed in Hilton Garden Downtown Cleveland at the same price for a month before shifting here.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast, it was a stress getaway this place was recommended by my daughter, Rachelle Roper and I plan on returning soon
Cons: The toliet sits too low.
5.0 Okay
Pros: It was comfortable and clean enough for an overnight stay.
Cons: The rooms are very outdated. The amenities were sparse. The hotel was listed as a 3 star but I feel that is overrated.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Located next to a Red Lobster restaurant (for dinner.)
Cons: My original reservation was for 2 queen beds. Due to illness my travel partner could not make the trip so I called the hotel to change to a single queen bed and was told it was OK. But on arrival I was told I had to take to original more expensive room.
6.0 Good
Pros: Good location for going to Blossom Music center; friendly staff;
Cons: When I booked I was unaware that it was a smoking room. There were no nonsmoking rooms available when I checked in. It wasn't unbearable while we were there but even the cord to my flat iron still smells like smoke.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All I needed was a room to sleep. The room decor wasn't new by far but the place was spotless! I was impressed and would stay here again if needed. Very much nicer than what I had expected.
Cons: No. It met my need. Price was in-line. Again, very clean!

4.2 Okay
Pros: The reception staff was courteous and helpful under horrible circumstances.
Cons: When we got to the hotel at 10:30 pm, there was a long line and people sitting everywhere. Every seat was taken and there were groups sitting on the floor. There was one woman at the counter who had sat on the bench outside and had fallen through to the ground. There was only one desk clerk. She was also answering the phone. A guest was repeatedly calling asking for a remote that apparently wasn’t available. The clerk was flustered but kind. After a long wait, I got to the desk and was told my room wasn’t ready and that it would be several hours. She said that there were no clean rooms and that there were more reservations than rooms. She offered a cancellation, so we left.

6.5 Good
Pros: The room was very nice. The town is lovely. It has a lot of potential.
Cons: Our experience: - Arrived around 10:20 on a Friday night (later than we had expected) - No one at the facility when we arrived - everything locked; no one answered phone (repeated attempts); so we were stuck wandering the perimeter on a could dark winter night in february - We walked around the facility knocking on doors and windows for about 15-20 minutes (it was 20 degrees) - Finally someone happened to drive up (he was there for random maintenance) just as we were about to give up - While the maintenance person went inside to make a call, we waited outside (for about 15 more minutes; recall ~20 degrees) - Finally we were admitted and shown to our room - Turns out the maintenance person was there to work on the water system; so no working shower (since we had been waiting outside in ~20 degree weather for a while it would have been nice to be able to take a warm shower) Next morning: - "MAKE SURE TO STOP BY THE FRONT DESK" on a piece of paper slid under our door; by front desk they mean the cash register of the hair salon - we stopped by -- it was to make sure that they had our credit card on file (even though we had paid electronically beforehand) - we suggested that they let customers know that it is impossible to get in touch with anyone from Solaire after a certain point in the evening (maybe this is posted somewhere, but it certainly wasn't obvious); or maybe someone could be "on call" for customers who have (paid in full) reservations who arrive a little later - the response we got was very defensive: on the order of "it was the receptionist's fault; she was supposed to call you" ok, that's fine, people make mistakes. there seems to a bigger issue with Solaire -- the Inn seems to serve as mostly ignored "add on" to the spa, salon and restaurant. I've worked in the hospitality industry. I don't want this review to sound angry. My wife and i had a really great weekend overall (there's a great cooking school around the corner). We live fairly close and could imagine coming back to the town. its cute. But the Inn just doesn't seem to work as an Inn. If you do give it a try -- maybe make sure to call a few times in advance to make sure they know you're coming and get a sense if they have any interest in customers' actual experience with the Inn.

Pros: The staff was super helpful and friendly. It was very clean and comfortable.
Cons: The hot tub was “out of order”. It would have been nice to know that in advance.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean, quiet, and very comfortable. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly and courteous.
Cons: The jacuzzi was down, but the pool was open. Everything else was excellent.

Cons: Shower head sucked
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Large room, fully equipped kitchen, pool, close to concert venue, great staff
Cons: No outdoor pool/lounge chairs

Yuck
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The exercise room and having a guest laundry.
Cons: The LOUD music blasting through the lobby and hallways and lack of a daily newspaper..
10.0 Excellent

Pros: Staff was great, bed was nice. Room is large, and clean
Cons: Bathroom dated, and wallpaper comming loose. No breakfast offered only choice was buy from a bistro in house
9.2 Excellent
Pros: It is clean Staff are very helpfull
Cons: There is no breakfast
10.0 Excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great service, friendly employees, clean and comfortable room.
Cons: Nope! It was a great experience, I would definitely stay again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms was clean - Staff was very friendly and the stay was amazing. Great job to the staff!!
