Pros: the view and the staffs are great! the interaction is pleasant.
Cons: We booked 2 biggest villa. one room in Anggrek villa the air conditioning was down. we were told to wait the room gets chilled, but in vain and we were sweaty whole night. this is really bad experience. 2nd night I insisted to ask their technicians to fix it,then they found the machine outsider was not functional. they finally change give us a new room which is nice and comfortable. Besides, 2 kids were locked in the restroom of frontview villa due to the design of key was inappropriate. it tools half an hour to get kids out. so weird. overall, compaired to the money paid for villa, these are small disappointments during our 3-day stay, honestly speaking. But I really love the great view and staffs.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff friendly. Shuttle service to the city which was convenient although also taxi is easy to find as well. Well worth the price of a hotel with its facilities. We were welcomed and had a great few days
9.7 Excellent
Pros: ALL staff in the hotel (no matter which position) gave the impression to really want to make your stay a great experience, everybody was helpful and so friendly - F&B is amazing, usually I don't eat or drink much in the hotels, but this one had a really classy, tasty and fairly prized restaurant as well as a stylish, beautiful rooftop bar with good drink selection! - Rooms are clean and cozy, gym is too small and clearly not the focus of the hotel, both pool areas also pretty small but stylish and the location besides the river can't be beaten! An amazing place to unwind!
Cons: The only thing that might spoil a bit the stay in this hotel might be the roosters next door, starting their business early in the morning! But Ubud is in my opinion more for the early risers anyway :-)
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Although a 20min shuttle ride from Ubud, it's so peaceful and relaxing you'll be pleased with Sthala. It is also a Starwood resort so get those points.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The pools were a little small but there were 2 so not so bad. The breakfast was okay but could be better.
Cons: The view was wonderful. Modern hotel. The surroundings and view were lovely. The bar was cool. Shuttle bus to Ubud city centre every hour until 9pm!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: the staff especially receptionist.. the room.. swimming pool.. breakfast.. PERFECT!
Cons: Over all good but we got room balcony not in good spot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
10.0 Excellent
Pros: EVERYTHING! This place captured my heart even more in reality than it did online. Pictures line up with reality. Beautiful rooms and decor and entrance, honestly felt like royalty at this resort. Great value for money and away from hustle and bustle downtown central Ubud and away from all the geckos :) They also offer a free shuttle service to central Ubud every 2 hours so that’s helpful and perfect. I found the staff amazingly helpful and friendly and the widespread buffet breakfast included every morning very good. Wonderful facilities, loved the panorama pool with river view and infinity pool. Had my floating breakfast there. Also offers a lot of good value free activities and free massage! Very pleased with my stay and if I go back, this is definitely where I would stay :)
Cons: Can’t fault this property.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very beautiful views and nature around hotel, comfortable shuttle to Ubud every two hours, different activities during the day (like yoga, walking tour in ubud and so on) nice and big spa, helpful and friendly staff
Cons: Very damp smell in the room, even though it was on the 6th floor and sunny side, it is much to choose from for breakfast (mostly Indian and Indonesian food), but not tasty and cold. Hotel is beautiful, but feels old, needs some improvements and renovation. Pricy for what you get and overrated.

5.8 Okay
Pros: The villa was nice and the pool was clean the resort feels nice and private. The grounds are generally kept really well.
Cons: All inclusive package isn't all inclusive, you get a separate menu with 4 options and one soft drink at meal times, and no drinks through the day. Your expected to pay extra despite being all inclusive. The hotel staff on arrival seem only interested in taking payment, we had issue with the hotels card machine/bank and I had to call my bank to confirm that but the staff wouldn't have any of it. They just persisted asking if we had other cards or cash. We left after 1 night and paid what we owed in cash.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was very big, offered a lot of activities, staff was very helpful.
Cons: WiFi sucked. Water temperature in the shower was back and forth and sucked.
7.1 Good
Pros: Nice staff, beautiful room and location by the water. Nice breakfast
Cons: Loud music playing both nights from a nearby concert in the local Padang. Hotel is fully aware when these take place but made no mention even during check-in. A quiet two night break turned into two nights of bass that didn't finish until 11pm. Maybe bad luck but would be nice if hotels made more of an effort to inform their guests to expect it.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Excellent hotel next to a river and small waterfall and in the middle of the rice fields. The pool has an excellent location which means that there is sun during the whole day. The hotel has a great wellness offer. The staff is very friendly and happy to help with anything needed. The location of the hotel is in the middle of the arts and artisans area about half an hour drive from Ubud center. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus several times during the day which brings to comfortably to the city center and back. We stayed a total of 5 nights and had a great time!
Cons: If you want to dine outside, you need transportation as there are no restaurants within easy walking distance. The shuttle bus drives you to Ubud center though. If you only want to go out for dinner, it could be nice to have a shuttle bus after 4pm which was the latest that was available when we were there.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed here for the second time. The staff is so helpful and friendly. It's one of the nicest places in Bali we know.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The rooms are pretty clean and comfortable. The pool setting is fabulous.
Cons: There's lot of garbage and plastic near to the waterfall and the water seems dirty too. The area around the waterfall needs to be cleaned and should be kept accessible.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Free shuttle service to Ubud
Cons: Location Noisy neighbours Very limited breakfast buffet

Pros: Wonderful room. Very kind staff. Amazing the landscape where the hotel is located.

7.1 Good
Pros: Staff very kind, free shuttle to ubud, quiet place, ideal for going with your partner or if you really want to relax. Has a safe, and good room service
Cons: The food was way to expensive for the quality and portions served, it’s not much better than a private room in any other place but 3/4 times as expensive. The bathroom door didn’t close. The service charge was 11% when usually the rest of the places are 5/6%

Pros: Lunch and dinner was very good, excellent service brought right to our room. Was a small peaceful hotel very relaxing environment
Cons: The breakfast was very basic definitely room for improvement. Location was not the best had to get taxi everywhere but they did have a very good taxi service, reliable and cheap

Cons: Breakfast is very overpriced, especially with the quantity and quality.

Cons: AC was bit loud and hotel hard to find from the road.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff really friendly and helpful. Best price in the area to stay for a cheap and pleasant accomodation. Lots ot popular places to visit are near.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: I will start with the staff - it is the most kind and helpful people that I have seen. If you want to feel a good spirit and kind attitude and feel valued and welcome - this is the place! The location is close to a main street with a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. Very good location if you want to go visit Ubud and the surrounding area and to go to the beach as well. It's tight in between. The beds are super comfortable.. You get also an extra pillow - very soft and comfy. All the kitchen facilities are covered except the cooker, but you have microwave, refrigerator and kitchen utensils. Highly recommend this place. It is not a five star hotel, but the people working there make it feel and look like one!
Cons: Everything was fine.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was also delicious and breakfast was also very good with a lot of options to choose from.
Cons: There weren't many places to eat around the hotel, however the staff was kind enough to offer a ride to a restaurant.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Only stayed a night. But great place. Seemed clean and well kept. Quiet area. Nice pool!
Cons: A bit hard for taxi drivers to find. But close enough to the main road.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was just like a home away from home. Pleasant & Peaceful.

Pros: Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was exceeded our expectations. There were different stations like Indonesian, Japanese, Chinese, Western with broad choose of delicious food. The gardens and the pools are kept clean also.
Cons: It was disappointing to see that workers bury trash coming from the ocean into the sand.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The best! Really helpful, friendly and nice staff. Really nice swimming pool and beach area. Good restaurants in the hotel. Amazing breakfast. Nice area to walk around. Very secured and safe. Definitely recommend it. Large and cosy room. Even I can say that for the first time in my life the hotel looks better live than on the pictures... usually it's the opposite ☺ I can just say - proper 5 star service.
Cons: No complaints, everything was perfect.

Pros: The breakfast was AMAZING and the staff was so sweet. HIGHLY recommend this place. Incredibly relaxing.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool was nice Food was okay nothing special I paid for upgrade to ocean view and it was beautiful
Cons: The resort was empty due to virus but they would not upgrade my room to one with view. Classy places do that when they have lots of rooms. Frankly i was shocked. So i paid $400 for an upgrade because view out the room was of just other rooms.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was so great.
Cons: we had a problem with the water leaking in the bathroom, on the fourth day they just sent a repair team.
10.0 Excellent

7.0 Good
Pros: The pool facilities were great, especially the Water slide.
Cons: I get really annoyed by resorts like this that are a blatant ripoff to a captive audience. Water is free to our room but costs 40k per person at the bar / restaurant. The 180k cocktails were very dissapointing, poor quality and significantly overpriced compared to other high-end venues in Bali. The breakfast buffet was average with most food pre-prepared and was cold/dry, but it's your only option as other food options onsite don't open until late morning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly, the water slides were the highlight of our stay with our young kids and the food was fantastic :)
Cons: The beach was too strong for our kids to swim in the ocean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: From the minute we arrived we were treated like royalty. It is a beautiful hotel and the friendly staff made our stay even more memorable.
Cons: Going home!!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was extraordinary. The beach was clean and designed well close to pools. The room was well-designed and equipped. The food and drinks were delicious. They have friendly staff.
Cons: There was no shop or simple market in the property or close to it. The nurse was not presented in the clinic and also we have to pay an extra charge for using it. The reception was in an open area so it was too hot and humid when we wait 10 minutes for the reception to accept us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice hotel. The best internet I saw on Bali. Good breakfast.
Cons: The air-condition was a bit noisy in the room. The food is very expensive and is not delicious compared to food in restaurants in Canggu district for example.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The most amazing luxurious stay! I was blown away with such an amazing resort. The photos don’t do it justice. Will be back for sure one day! The most extravagant breakfast ever!
Cons: Just be careful with food on the balcony with the monkeys. Quite entertaining but could have got scary quickly.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Premium, imposing resort. Comfortable, spacious, clean and well appointed room with excellent views of the beach. Quiet with clean beach to enjoy and also several beautiful and well landscaped swimming pools. The property is sprawling with spectacular views of the ocean and surroundings, being perched on a hill. May be a bit difficult to move around for the elderly and physically challenged, but staff is very attentive and can assist. Excellent for those seeking a tranquil rest away from the bustle of other popular areas. Efficient transport jockey service through taxis and the free shuttle makes the shopping/restaurant area 10 mins away and other places of interest easily accessible.

Pros: Had a stay for two night at Sheraton Kuta resort for my girlfriend's birthday. Staff was very polite and helpful on our first stay of visit with a welcome drink. The housekeeping team had actually decorated our room with balloons and birthday banner for my girlfriend birthday which was on the second day and my girlfriend loves it. Even though the weather was so humid, the staff of the resort was always smiling and the sincerity and hospitality that they have shown was simply exceptional! I would recommend Sheraton Kuta resort and would definitely book here again for my next visit. Well done team Sheraton Kuta!

9.6 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful hotel with a great beach just outside, superb swimming pool and beach club on the territory. The room was spacious and we really liked the design. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Also the spa is absolutely amazing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely amazing resort. We stayed in one of the pool access rooms worth every dollar. Food was wonderful, breakfast buffet one of the best I’ve ever seen. My only suggestion I would have is more pool activities for kids.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The most amazing selection for breakfast - make sure you have it included in rates. Pools are great. One that is long enough to do laps (for the swimmers), beautiful lagoon pool that the lower rooms have access to, and a pool bar. Plenty of space for all to enjoy and relax and find your own quiet space. Deck chairs everywhere and some nice day beds (get in early for these!). We stayed on the second floor half-way down and liked being up high but were at back so no sea view. Our rooms connected which is handy with kids. There are lower plunge pool rooms for those who like to be private. Happy with our option rather than paying more. We had the cheapest room and still really spacious. The two single beds together make the biggest bed ever!! Beach out front is one of the nicest in south Bali although when low tide you can't swim in it. We loved the day club, restaurant and pool right next door also. You are a bit isolated in Nusa Dua area and limited with food options within the resort so we recommend walking or bike riding around past other resorts and visiting them for variety, and you can find some independent restaurants and shops also. Good gym with variety of classes and yoga by the sea on offer. Free bus to take you to local shops and the water park. Would definitely return. Great hotel to just kick back and relax!
Cons: Friendly staff but they could have been a bit more efficient. inconsistent service and some staff very efficient and felt like 5 star service and at other times was seriously lacking. Often couldn't find anyone to order food and dirty glasses and plates left around a bit. Water aerobics were very loud and hard to find a quiet area for that period by the pool. Lovely area to get massage by the sea but a bit pricey. S Some watercraft out front that guests could use would have been good like stand up paddle boards or kayaks. One day because of tides there was lots of plastic floating in ocean. I scooped out a lot (need to do your bit no matter where you are!) but was unfortunate and put us off swimming but not in control of the hotel. Wandering down further we liked beach even better (different bay) but think this is one of the better hotels.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is nice with many different choice, especially freshly squeezed vegetable juice. Staffs are nice and helpful. We also love the pool and the swing chair on the balcony.
Cons: It will be great if there is a shade sail for kids swimming pool.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The hotel was good and the location as well. But due to the current situation, and cost efficiency plan, the hotel was unfair for us, as there were a lot of places closed.
Cons: The room was not clean at all, dust on the desks and sockets as well, as it can be seen easily, i had raised this issue to the management and they had changed our room to another one. I had booked my room with a big size king bed and i got surprised when we had arrived with a two single beds fitted out as a king bed, which makes me to talk with them and changed the room for us. I have one another issue with the breakfast, starting from the first day, when you order your food it can be delivered after one hour and it’s not the same order you had chosen, and then you have to say no and order another one and wait for another hour to eat, this issue has been with us until the last day. Some of the staff doesn’t speak english very well, you need to repeat your order. Training shall be given to the staff.

Cons: More attention to details in the room in general could be improved. For example the shower gel and shampoo were already empty when we checked in, and haven't been refilled at all during the stay for 2 full days.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Rooftop was nice, it is just next to the beach, central.
Cons: The toilet has a smell in the room i think because of the pipes, we always stayed close the toilet door, a part of the hotel is still is underconstruction, so it is usual to find yourself in a weird place. stuff smiles always, but for a high standart hotel it is not fair that they try to charge customers as soon as possible as they arrive to the hotel, it should be at the end of the stay, i had a problem with the agency, and the stuff tried to charge me 3times to ensure their payment, the high quality hotels dont care about money, they care about customers. But the stuff just wanted payment as soon as possible in this hotel.
7.0 Good
Pros: The pool overlooking the ocean was nice. The breakfast was delightful with live music. We enjoyed the big bed.
Cons: The fact that you have to use your room card key to use the elevator and the huge communication barrier between client and staff. Staff barely speaks or understands English which I believe should be a necessity in the international catering business.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: I like locatin.
Cons: I had misunderstanding about my breakfast that i was thinking it already included on my payment already. And I got the room that had AC issue. Then need to move the room agian.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The location is strategic, the staffs are kind and very helpful. The WiFi connection is very fast.
Cons: The taste of the food should be enhanced.
5.7 Okay
Cons: The room that was booked had no view to the outside, it had a view looking into the center of the hotel. Very depressing. Not a place I would ever stay again
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: Breakfast was a little ordinary
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice location, good personal, super bed

Pros: Room with bath overlooking the pool was tidy and comfortable with a nice view. Staff were lovely and helpful. Common pool was clean, spacious and relaxing. Food is great. For the price it's amazing value.
Cons: Taps and sinks in the room need attention. Need the strength of a bear to operate the shower tap.
5.1 Okay
Pros: We arrived after midnight, and were really tired and wanted to crash on bed immediately. However, up on lifting the comforter, we found multiple stains on the bed, including one blood stain. This was the most disgusting thing I have found in any hotel stay!

Cons: No complaints.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice surroundings, beautiful beach and Hyatt's garden very nice. Rooms spacious and clean. Location is great if the beach and Bali Collection shopping area is enough. Lobby and other areas very nice.
Cons: Rooms and pools little outdated , needs renovation. Breakfast OK, but not superb. Five star hotels in Asia has little better breakfast in general. (in my opinion). Pools are 1.20 m or 1.30 m deep. Could be one part of the pool for the kids.

Cons: A few problems with air conditioning

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff. Great garden setting complete with birds, lizards, squirrels running around. Food was great, specially breakfast buffet. Fitness and sauna facilities much enjoyed.
Cons: Surprised to find the public toilets had no means of cleaning yourself with water, though the toilets in rooms did. Maybe they try to discourage people from doing more than pee in the public toilets? What of the inconvenience for older or disabled guests who don't wish to walk the sometimes considerable distance back to their rooms?
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff is really nice!
Cons: There is a little smell(I think it is from drain) in room

7.1 Good
Pros: Staff very kind, free shuttle to ubud, quiet place, ideal for going with your partner or if you really want to relax. Has a safe, and good room service
Cons: The food was way to expensive for the quality and portions served, it’s not much better than a private room in any other place but 3/4 times as expensive. The bathroom door didn’t close. The service charge was 11% when usually the rest of the places are 5/6%

Pros: Wonderful room. Very kind staff. Amazing the landscape where the hotel is located.
