Cons: Boarded late, took forever to get de-iced, went to runway, went back for more de-icing. Not good.

Cons: Cancelled flight due to cracked windshield. No back up options for aircraft or crew so I was sent on a completely different airline and route. Go Delta!

Cons: This plane would not accommodate the most basic carry-on bag over head. If you're going to specify the proper bag size, you shouldn't punish travelers by buying planes which cannot accommodate those bags. I take pride in the fact that I pack light and carry bags which fit even the smallest planes. But this plane surprised me by requiring that I put my small carry-on under the seat in front of me. At 6'3", I need every inch of leg room for my feet.

Cons: flight was late leaving and when we did get to Atlanta, no bags. The bags did not even leave Toronto. Got them late the next day. AirCanada could not even get our bags on a flight that had been delayed so they had 5 hours to get the bags on the flight. Will avoid flying through Canada again.When using Kayak again if Air Canada comes up will automatically look at other airlines.

Pros: This was the usual flight. Nothing exceptional. The flight crew were very nice.

Cons: Too short period between 2 flights, barely have time to pass the border, almost miss the next flight. No inventory of food.

Pros: Reachung my destination

Cons: I can appreciate the stress on everybody's mind but this was the worst time i had flying. Short story, 10am thursday-7pm friday. Less short story, 4 airlines, 3 security screenings and 2 customs stop points.7 delays, 2 cancels and 1 miss. It was a ping pong nightmare and 2 times it was suggested i take a bus...after i spent the money on a plane ticket with no offer of compensation, food vouchers or hotel accommodation. Delta has to convince me to come back to them.

Cons: Better space. Better service. Terrible directions

Pros: The movie selection was good

Cons: Instead of a flight from Toronto to Atlanta.. it was a flight from Seattle to Atlanta, and I only had 45 mins to get to boarding because of the last minute flight changes.

Cons: Provide entertainment. Seats and legroom seem to get smaller every year

Cons: The infotainment system was from the 90s

Pros: Normal flight. WestJet is a great airline to travel on.
