Microwave and refrigerator are available in rooms rented to guests booking for an extended period of time, otherwise upon request. Free Outdoor RV/Truck/Car Parking available. Cons:A light fell from the ceiling
Pros:Rooms were updated with clean comfortable beds and bedding. Staff was friendly and rooms was quiet. Conveniently located to freeway and Downtown Tacoma.
Cons:The breakfast could have used a few more items such as yogurt and fresh fruit. I am familiar with Tacoma and Fife so I wasn't surprised by the location but for travelers the are is a little questionable and there are no places close by to walk to .
Cons:It's in a very rough part of town.
Pros:Raven the front desk person was wonderful
Cons:The manager was horrible. TV didn't have remote and didn't work properly. Dirty. Cheap flea bag hotel
Cons:Room felt dirty and old A/C was confusing to use For the price we paid ($100ish) we felt we could've got a better hotel with better value.

Cons:Location is on the outskirts of Tacoma near the hood. Pretty sure hookers and tweeters live there. Have fun explain to your children what they were listening to at 2am in the room upstairs, pretty sure someone was earning a buck or two.
Pros:Bed very comfortable, The counter lady very very nice.
Cons:The room had a strong airfreshner smell. The refreshments were not full. And the continental breakfast was not very impressive. The coffee was bad.
Pros:Location was good. Room was reasonably clean despite being horribly run down.
Cons:Everything was in a poor state of repair. Refrigerator's compressor clunked all night, toilet barely flushed, tub had big chips, TV picture was barely tolerable. There was so much wrong that I didn't bother complaining as it was clearly a case of the entire property not being properly maintained. Front desk clerk was OK although not terribly engaging, maid was impatient at checkout time, despite my being nearly ready to leave (within 5 minutes at the most) -- no "thank you", no "how was your stay", just a general lack of civility and interest in customer service. Perhaps their staff is as worn down as their rooms due to management that just doesn't seem to care.
