Pros: Pricing is great

Cons: Seats, complimentary food, timing of flight

Pros: Flight once it got to Edmonton was ok

Cons: Communications with travelers...5 hour delay! Meal vouchers were given with only one restaurant open and maxed out on space and good items...just a bad situation.

Pros: That it was cheap when we booked it online.

Cons: Apparently it wasn’t that cheap of a flight after all. We had to pay for our luggage instead of a carry on. And the plane was empty not full with passengers. That to us was a ripoff. Don’t Deceive passengers to fly cheap with you when you’ll make them pay you for carry on when it’s not needed.

Cons: Temperature of cabin was too cold. My feet were icy.

Pros: Great crew members. Very friendly and helpful.

Pros: Crew was extremely friendly, service was great, and dinner was awesome

Cons: Assigning seats at check in? Why was that a thing? Also why did we have to wait for almost an hour once we landed to be given a gate for us to unload? So stupid the whole thing.

Pros: Our flight got in a bit early

Cons: We sat in the plane for 30 minutes after landing waiting for the gate to clear.

Pros: Loved having all three seats on long fligjtb

Pros: Spaciousness of the aircraft, friendliness of the crew and plenty empty seats!

Pros: Was actually an Air Canada flight. AC has much better seating in Economy Class. Seats have more room and more recline.

Cons: United made no effort to alert us to the fact that we were actually flying Air Canada. Our rewards upgrade to Business Class was not honored.Extremely misled!

Pros: The crew is always tops. Despite being out of coffee, they were good-natured and funny and kind.

Cons: My seat was super uncomfortable for some reason. Maybe the cushion was coming off? I couldn't adjust it because the guy next to me was so tall and taking up so much room (not his fault!) So anyway my butt totally fell asleep because this weird hard line/bar was poking me.

Pros: Food

Cons: Checking in was a disaster. Took a long time. Lady wasn’t sure if we were going to embark as my son has two surnames. Ticket was matching middle and last name. She had to consult her superior that in front of us sayid it would be ok. Even after that She was challenging him. At the end it was all good. She had a very bad attitude.

Pros: I didn't get any food or entertainment.. however the staff were very professional, polite, and helpful when needed to be.

Pros: Everything.

Cons: The delay, but that was not your fault.
