Pros: On a quick 40 minute flight they still managed to serve coffee, water and snacks.

Pros: Excellent crew

Cons: Not sitting in an airplane without AC for 30 minutes after everyone loaded

Cons: It was 30+ mins late and they didn’t keep us updated. Missed my connection

Pros: The in flight movie options were great, and the food and beverages were good.

Cons: Boarding was delayed due to crew unavailability. Entertainment did not work due to connectivity issued during flight. No cookies nor snacks were served vs outbound flight where they offered 3 snacks!

Pros: Seat was ok

Cons: Had to take a bus to the plane at SFO. Wouldn’t have taken this flight if I had known, but they don’t tell you this at booking. Also, was told carry on back wouldn’t fit in overhead and that I had to check it, which isn’t true as I saw other passengers with my exact same bag who didn’t have to check theirs and it fit.

Cons: Back of seat televisions.

Pros: On time, early, even

Cons: great flight. On time. Seats are the usual but no divider in the underseat area so my little tiny carryon bag slid in easily
