Excellent 8.3
Pros: Nice simple hotel. Very good location. Spotless clean. Excellent, professional and friendly personnel.
Cons: The rooms are small and the view in the first floor are to the back side of an old building.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Helpful staff, lovely breakfast, attractive (if smallish) room in an attractive part of North Tel Aviv. Unless you are planning on having large gatherings in your bedroom, it was a wonderful choice. There are lending bicycles, they even provide beach bags for you...though you still have to remember your swim suit, and take the 5 minute walk to the beach.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Staff is extraordinary - service is perfect. Whatever you ask for, the YAM! team tries to support you or solve it immediately. Very friendly and as said - driving service close to perfection - many other hotels should copy this.... We loved the snacks at every evenings happy hour.
Cons: Rooms are small but absolutely ok - as long as everything is clean - as it was always. Too expensive during PESACH.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: I had such a great time staying at Yam. The vibe of the hotel gets you into holiday mood immediately and the staff work very hard to cater to your individual needs. It's a bit like coming home and being looked after. Food is great and for the beach you get a beach bag with towels, water, snack and - very important- sunscreen. Everything is very clean and food tastes amazing. Fresh and a good variety.... :) I especially enjoyed chatting with members of the staff who all are so friendly and open. Natalie and her team know how to make you feel welcome. Would come back anytime.
Good 7.5
Pros: Or and Israel and Rachel and Natalie were so helpful! Felt like family was taking care of me. A very special place. Indeed.
Cons: Nothing really. The rooms are a bit tight but they explained there is not much room in Tel Aviv.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Decor, staff , food, location.Upgraded to balcony for 2 of 4 nights .
Cons: Lounge area a too small
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very friendly and informative staff. Nice little extras like free bicycles, free buffet and drinks each afternoon. We had a room at the front initially but there was building work opposite which was a bit noisy (nothing the hotel could really do about that!) We asked to be moved and were, without any problem given a superb room on the 7th floor at the back of the hotel. Excellent customer service!
Cons: the breakfast was totally vegetarian which is not what I would normally go for but it was very good - so not really a negative!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Attention to detail and thoughtfulness .. small gestures that make the hotel really excellent .. staff were great too .. so helpful .. genuine heartfelt authentic service .
Cons: Had a room with a balcony .. was great over the weekend .. nice view down to sea and old port but there is a building site opposite and the noise from there is quite disturbing if you sit out .. saying that the room soundproofing is excellent and this is a short term thing beyond the control of the hotel .
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Everything was ok !!!!!
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The staff .. Or Tanya and Natalie ... All the staff were superb . Breakfast was great, location was great
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 9.3
Pros: The location is great! A short stroll to the beach, restaurants and shops. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is great. We loved it! Definitely coming back.
Cons: The room are a bit small, but still comfortable and very clean.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was right across from the sea. The breakfast and happy hour each day were lovely. The rooftop patio offered a beautiful spot to watch the sunset.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Amazing hotel, very helpful staff and very kind. I'd say everything is perfect about this hotel.
Mediocre 3.8
Cons: Front desk staff very inexperienced, misplaced my laundry (and lost my dry cleaning!!). Charged me an extra night. No proper housekeeping for 4 out of 5 nights (never replenished my toiletries)
Excellent 8.3
Pros: The breakfast was amazing!
Okay 5.5
Pros: Location was good, happy hour concept was nice
Cons: Room wasn't clean (we had underpants from previous guest!) TV didn't work and we had to replace a room that was much smaller Response time was very very slow
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Small rooms but clean and staff was superb! Breakfast and happy hour were terrific!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.3

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The friendliness of staff and manager, the little extras such as a beach towel, water, snacks and happy hour

Excellent 9.3
Pros: Staff very helpful, close to Dizengoff St. Clean. Coffee and tea available24/7 Car parking available
Good 7.0
Pros: I think that the breakfast was really nice and the attendant did her best to do a great job. The location was excellent as it is near Dizengoff and a 24 hour market.
Cons: The air conditioning was off when I was away. The room would be sweltering. A positive is that the room cooled quickly after starting the AC. The room seemed dated.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The location is great, very close to city center but quiet enough. The design is a bit out dated but everything is clean and comfortable.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: A great boutique hotel located in the center of the night life yet it is on a quiet block away from hustlle and bustle of a big city. We stayed with children in a 1 bedroom suite. There was also a small kitchen That is not common but a convenient feature to have. Free great WiFi and cheap parking. Rooms are clean and bright. Staff is super friendly, speak several languages and always greet you with a smile ready to help..especially DANIEL he was always eager to help and would go out of his way, we needed a last minute dry cleaning done for a party and he went out of his way to make it happen same day!!!! also helped several times with directions and sight seeing recommendations, everyday greeted kids with cookies and offered tea. Overall a great experiance we will be returning again.
Cons: There is nothing we didn’t like but some improvements such as automated parking gate would be a plus.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We love the location of this comfortable hotel steps from Dizengoff- near cafes, amenities and the beaches!
Cons: N/A
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The staff very kindly and helpfull
Cons: We have to go out for breakfast
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Rooms were extremely clean, staff amazing ( especialy Daniel from the reception who helped us with everything). It was a very good experience and I would surely return.
Cons: The only thing I have to comment is that they serve the same amazing breakfast everyday ( this is in case you would stay for more days and you would get bores of the same food). Expect this, it is amazing.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Free beverages all day, loan bicycles available
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Location is very central and easy to walk to the beach. There are a number of great restaurants and bars right around the corner. Breakfast is good and staff are excellent!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We liked everything. Our studio with the terrace was amazing. I would definitely book that one again - huge terrace with a nice view! We liked the breakfast, the coffee....All staff was very friendly and helpful. Always smiling.
Cons: Nothing comes to my mind. Everything was just great.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Truly, I was surprised how great this property was. I frequently visit Israel and often stay at a nearby boutique hotel that is much more expensive. I decided to give Arbel Suites a try - WHAT A FIND! It is in an ideal location - right near Disengoff and Arlozorov Streets and all their cafes and shops, as well as a less than 10 minute walk to the beach. (The hotels has beach towels for your convenience.) They also have free bikes for loan, and parking is available for 50 shekels a night - this is almost unheard of in the area. The hotel is on a small side street, so quiet from all the traffic and noise of the nightlife. The rooms are beautiful and large. I upgraded to one of the suites for a small amount more - and it was just beautiful with everything I needed and more! I especially loved the heater in the bathroom - what a nice touch! There is also an espresso/cappucino machine and filtered water dispenser in the lobby, available 24hours a day. I loved that! The previous week I had been with a friend at an AirBNB apartment nearby - which was much more expensive and no where near as nice or with as many amenities as my room in the Arbel Suites! The staff spoke English and Hebrew well and were very friendly and accommodating. This is a great little hotel, just off the beaten-path (so it's quiet!) but smack in the middle of everything. This is my new favorite hotel in Tel Aviv.
Cons: Loved it all!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location. Good for nightlife and the beach

Pros: This is a very special place with a very warm atmosphere. The facilities a very Nice with a very Nice new England type of design. The hotel serves a fantastic breakfast and has Daisy happy hour when They serve free snacks and drinks. It is located very closed to sone of the best beaches in tel aviv.
Cons: The ordinary double rooms are very small and the double bed was quite small and unconfortable. The promised city view was a very small window with a 3 meters view on a Wall. There were construction work Going on so it was hard to sleep during daytime. I think you expect Moore from a room that cost more then 200 usd a night. I strongly recomend to take a larger room.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything
Excellent 9.5

Excellent 9.3
Pros: This is a small hotel refurbished in a a Boutique style . There is no pool and I don't think it's the best place to bring children . But the staff are amazingly helpful and found me a room well before my check in time as I had flown over night . The room was bright, a good size ,very nicely furnished with a pretty shower room ,a powerful enough hair dryer nice bed linen and soft towels . It was really clean . The breakfast was served by charming staff with the usual Israeli buffet and eggs cooked to order . There is a very nice ( but hot) roof terrace and a happy hour or two !
Cons: Really nothing I can think of .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was perfect. Felt like home and the staff was top!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very nice environment and wonderful customer service, The snack bar and drink are provided throughout the entire day and the owner herself is an interior designer so you will enjoy the little detail that most hotels overlooked. The location is very convenient close to restaurants and city center. You could walk about 20 minutes to Tel Aviv Museum of Art. One thing I don't like is the price, a little too pricy and the room a bit too crowded for 3 people.
Good 7.5
Pros: Rooms were very comfortable
Cons: Breakfast wasn’t soo good
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Free bicicles to explore the city (although bikes need a bit of maintenance) - no need for bus/taxi) Good location - walking distance from beach and loads of restaurants Cool atmosphere, very comfy bed and nice linen.

Excellent 9.5
Pros: This little hotel is beautiful. Very new, tasteful. Great morning spread, pleasant atmosphere. AMAZING location! Bathrooms and showers are great, comfortable beds
Cons: Basic room is small, I mean tiny. If you have a suitcase you will have to open on your bed, there literally is no room. My mistake for not paying attention to the room size. TINY!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: The location, cleanliness and staff.
Cons: We got a suite which was a good size but if you get a reg room is small. Good to get up your room and sleep.

Cons: Bicycles could be a bit better!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Stay here! I have traveled all over the world. I can honestly say that A23 is one of the best hotels I have visited. A small boutique hotel. Spotlessly CLEAN. Bright white towels. Elegant yet simple decor. Bathrooms updated. Great beds. Wonderful location. Welcoming sitting area in the back. Guests from all over the world and many are repeat guests. I had a fantastic room in front. The view of the city lights exceeded any minor discomfort from a bit of street noise. Reasonable price for the accommodation. Staff members ( I prefer another word because they are like friends) are helpful, welcoming and clearly happy to be part of A23.
Good 7.6
Pros: It was very comfortable, close to the beach. When we rented a car it is very easy to drive from Arlazorov hotel to Jerusalim or what ever.

Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great location for the Port area with many restaurants and beach access. Comfortable rooms. Delicious buffet breakfast. Helpful staff.
Cons: Some taxis didn't know how to find it. I think it's a newer hotel so they weren't sure the best way to get there.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Comfortable, friendly, nice hotel. I liked the free bikes and the breakfast, as well as the evening happy hour and mingling. It's near some northern beaches of Tel Aviv that are not as busy as those further south. The busier are just a bike or "lime" ride away!
Cons: Rooftop was closed for private events a few days. But overall, a great place to stay!
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Modern clean facilities, proximity to the beach. Good breakfast, nice roof terrace, availability of bicycles
Cons: Gym facilities in cellar with no daylight, roof terrace service limited, rooms to the Main Street suffer from noisy traffic
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The staff could not be nicer. They are exceptional. The rooms are small but immaculate and very nicely decorated. The buffet breakfast is delicious and plentiful. They offer a 5-7 happy hour on their gorgeous rooftop terrace overlooking the ocean. Excellent place to relax and watch the sunset. Love this hotel.
Cons: The parking is very limited and on Thursday and Friday I had to go to an outside lot but parking is tough in Tel Aviv
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Perfect location directly on the public beach. Free bicycles in the hotel. You can discover all the city by bike. Beach towels every day, excellent breakfast with good choice, afternoon snack 17:00-19:00 on roof terasse incl. snack, soft drinks, wine and prosseco for free. Also live music on the terase was perfect. Very very friendly staff !!!
Cons: All is perfect. We can not find any bad words
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Good Style with a wonderful RoofTop Bar and Ocean View. Rich breakfast and beach within walking distance.
Cons: Bathrooms and Toilets only have glas doors walls and class doors.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location ,the staff , breakfast, the rooftop with the view to the sea.
Okay 5.5
Pros: The location
Cons: It was the second time I stayed there but this time was a really bad experience. One of the pillows cases was dirty, there was a hole on the sheet, the hotel has only 2 elevators and one of them was out of service, the staff in their restaurant have no clue of what they are doing. During breakfast the table was full with the plates with the rest of the food, I requested a waiter to take them, she went to talk with the manager and came back saying that I couldn’t take the food with me (!), so I explained again, she went out again and brought the manager and he said that I could change tables (?!), I just wanted a waiter to take the dishes so we could take dessert... I saw one girl of the reception rolling her eyes to one of the guests on the phone. It was a really bad experience and I wouldn’t stay there again.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Wonderful and helpful staff. I would like to mention Diana at reception.she was lovely and friendly. Fantastic breakfast. Perfect location near the beach, shops and restaurants. Lovely roof terrace. Happy hour
Cons: I would like to have some cover on the roof top for shade.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Room lovely and clean. Great view. My daughter got a room overlooking the car park. She went to reception and she to them and they changed her room to a lovely room with a good view. The hotel is incredibly busy and the staff still manage good service. I enjoyed our stay
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Prime location. Vista Lounge is incredible! Astounding views, great food, drink, service. Five star experience!!
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location was great, and breakfast was good.
Cons: There were three of us in the room but housekeeping only provided two bath towels every time. Quite dumb because you could see 3 beds. Forgot to provide our free water on a daily basis. Access to the beach is also a bit of a walk, and they close the bottom entrance at 7pm so it is quite a walk to get back to the entrance of the hotel if you were on the beach for sunset (which is what Tel Aviv is all about!). it disappointed about this.

Pros: New breakfast staff & manager, very nice very cool, service was bad last year, but with the new team very nice
Cons: noisy people around
Excellent 8.8
Pros: From a friend
Cons: Actual street is very busy, hence main entrance always blocked by cars and it ruins initial impression of the hotel.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel was pretty nice for an extended stay. It's walking distance from the beach. The Room was rather large, comfortable and clean. I really liked that every room as a nespresso coffee machine (much better than the drip coffee machine you get in the US).
Cons: The service in the hotel was really average. It takes forever to order a coffee or a juice in the morning at breakfast, the staff pretty much ignores you. The showers in the bedroom have an issue. Their design makes it really hard to not flood the bathroom every time you take a shower
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was amazing and the location was convenient. The staff though made the place! I would not recommend the breakfast place. Had a nasty case of fruit flies and no coffee for Shabbat.
Cons: The breakfast breakfast buffet was not good
Okay 5.5
Pros: Good location
Cons: Room at the 6th floor - just under the restaurant above - very noisy, poor soundproof. Construction in front of the room.
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Great breakfast. Relatively cheap parking nearby. Beach within a short walking distance.
Cons: No double glazing windows, so even though room was facing the sea and a quiet street we woke up from a 4am garbage truck. I don't think many hotels in Israel have double windows.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The personal care of the team till the manager, you feel like you are at your family. The bed is super comfortable with 100% cotton and the breakfast is delicious served at the ROOFTOP of the hotel The decor and design are elegant and spacious and big room PRIME LOCATION! by the coolest beach of Tel Aviv with all the good looking locals
Cons: Parking is expensive but there are 3 lots with discount rates
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Didn't have breakfast. Staff were fantastic and location great. Loved the size of the suite.
Cons: nothing
Mediocre 3.3
Cons: Nothing, expensive, not the value for the money, they change our rate, our room, and you BOOKING are the same, I will never use your service again!!! You post fake photos
Good 7.0
Pros: Hotel has scrumptious breakfast, big rooms, good location near beach and a good gym.
Cons: Staff and reception were grumpy and unhelpful from the moment I arrived and that undermined my stay.

Good 7.0
Pros: Great staff - friendly and helpful- and a big clean and comfortable room with interesting decor. Close to cafes on the harbour and a long walking/running track along the river. On entering from the bright summer day the quirky lounge area seemed dark and odd with its fake flickering fire but that was because I was expecting something beachy and blue.
Cons: The windows were small and high, so not much of a sea view possible from any of the rooms. The location is a bit out of the way.
Good 6.8
Pros: The location was very nice, close to the Old Port area and the park nearby was perfect for running. The breakfast concept in the hotel was really cool. The personnel was always very helpful - helped us book bus tickets and taxis when needed and offered recommendations. Also, they let us check in 2 hours before check in start.
Cons: We had higher expectations for the junior suite that we booked (based on the pictures). It was also quite dusty and it was relatively cold and dark in the room.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The hotel has had a renovation since the last time I stayed. It is very cool and quirky with a new restaurant and bar.
Cons: The breakfast is very monotonous if you’re staying for more than a couple of days as it is a la carte with limited options
Excellent 9.3
Pros: We received an upgrade from a superior room to a lovely junior suite on 4th floor at front of hotel. Room spotlessly clean and comfortable with an additional reading area with sofa, chair and table. The bathroom is tiny, beautifully designed and not a wasted inch. Had read reviews which complained about traffic noise - there was occasional hooting and brake noises late evening and early morning, but to be expected in a busy city and didn't really disturb us. The staff are friendly, helpful and fun. We were there the second week of April and a new restaurant had opened in the hotel within the last month with an Alice in Wonderland theme. Didn't eat there as it's not kosher but it looked great and seemed to be busy every evening. The restaurant staff were very friendly and dressed to match the theme, so it was always a surprise to see their quirky hats or waistcoats when we returned to the hotel. A cocktail bar is opening soon and they showed us round; again lots of quirky eclectic ephemera decorating the room. The hotel is in a great location near the port and tayelet (promenade). Bus stops just round the corner made the whole city accessible. There is a building site adjacent to the hotel but when we stayed nothing seemed to be happening there.
Cons: Being really picky, the housekeeping staff didn't always replace the teas and coffees we'd used, but that really is a small niggle. The lounge on the ground floor appears now to be part of the restaurant and bar so teas and coffees aren't available there anymore which was a shame.
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel was perfectly located and close to everything. The staff service was good and room clean. Many families visiting. The two rooms where good for a family with teens. We also appreciated the balcony facing sea. We got good help arranging taxi to and from airport.
Cons: Two nights we had big troubles to get ok sleep due to traffic outside and noice in building. A bit worn equipment in general (especially the not so soft sofa bed) . The breakfast options too few if staying longer time. A buffet had been nicer or more options added.
Good 6.8
Pros: The location
Cons: The lobby has been changed to facilitate a restaurant and breakfast room. Layout is very strange; like you enter a dark nightclub. Also you only get one bottle of water in the room; so better check in 4 times if you want to have 4 times one bottle of water.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This is my #1 place to stay when in Tel-Aviv. Also they added a fancy restaurant to it now, great job!!
Excellent 8.8
Pros: I like the room its clean and tidy
Excellent 10.0
Pros: All the rest
Cons: Room cleaning

Cons: Everything is ok

Excellent 8.8
Pros: Room was large and very comfortable. Shower was AMAZING! Breakfast buffet had a very large variety of options - hot items, fruit, cereal, cheeses, salad, etc. Someone was there to check us in at 1am which was very appreciated. Nice park across the street for families.
Cons: Location is kind of far away from many Tel Aviv attractions, but would be fine with someone who had a vehicle.
Okay 4.5
Pros: good building and bathroom .
Cons: room had very annoying smell of chemical substance, not clear whether it was cleaning material or pesticide . they moved me to the next room which also had that smell although weaker . very suspicious that they happen to have two room next to each other with same problem and they moved me from one to the other .
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Clean location facilities
Cons: You need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and there isn't enough soap
Excellent 8.8
Cons: Parking close to the hotel was a problem.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The value for money. Clean rooms in a quiet part of Tel Aviv.
Cons: Breakfast is not good. plenty of stuff but looks like it set there for a while.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: It's nice and clean, next to a park, friendly staff, inner yard.
Cons: A bit distant from main stations and tourist attractions.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Breakfast is very good!
Good 6.8
Pros: View of Hayarkon Park and River from our window was very pleasant. Breakfast was generous and tasty
Cons: Bath Towels were very small. Not big enough for two showers. Television screen very small.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I read a lot of bad reviews of Israeli hotels, but my double room was clean, comfortable and next to a spacious park. The breakfast was fine, the water was hot, the TV worked and it was quiet. The staff were very helpful. Enjoy.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, short walk to buses, staff was amazingly helpful arranging early breakfast to go, taxi to airport, and accommodating last minute added guests.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location for our needs plus free parking. Amazing breakfasts.
Cons: Nothing
Excellent 10.0
Pros: When we arrived they had done everything we had asked for. If we needed anything - it came very quickly.
Cons: Can’t think of a thing!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very spacious 1 bedroom apartment like rooms with all the amenities you would want in a small apartment. Wonderful breakfast very very friendly staff at the breakfast area. While not in central Tel Aviv, it's a great location if you are looking for a more relaxing place that is within a short driving distance to everything. Nice beach boardwalk nearby. All rooms have some ocean views. Free parking is a big plus!
Cons: While the room has a living room, we were not allowed by the hotel to host family and friends in the room for visits. The hotel made us sign at check-in that we are not allowed to have more than the 2 of us in the room. While not a big deal to us, the main hallways between the rooms have tiled floors so we heard our neighbors walking up down the hall at most times.
Good 7.0
Pros: large room
Cons: too many mosquitoes in my rooms, lack of mosquito nest at the windows. breakfast to be improved. position close to the beach but far from anything else
Excellent 9.5
Pros: Bed was very comfortable , Staff was very friendly
Excellent 9.5
Pros: The hotel is very beautiful right on the beach. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly. Parking is easy. Room is very clean and have a very nice view. Big screen TV in both rooms. The beds are very comfortable. We did not get the chance to use the swimming pool. But it looks great. Wish we could spend more time there.
Cons: The location is a little off the main beach area. Not a much restaurants around the hotel area. You need a car to get around.
Okay 5.1
Pros: Not expensive
Cons: Very out if the way, far from Tel Aviv. Very small rooms. The place was almost empty but they gave us a room with absolutely no view.
Excellent 9.3
Pros: Location is excellent. 2 minutes walk to the beach. Swimming pool is very nice Very good breakfast Staff are very helpful
Good 7.5
Pros: This hotel is surprisingly nice, especially taking into account the overall level of the Israeli hotels. It's a beach hotel, with the very nice swimming pool and beach, located straight at the sea in the very new district of TA very close to Ramat Aviv. Great conditioning system. Closed safe parking in the territory. Quite nice beds. Unexpectedly big room for 3 people. Kitchen area for those who is interested. And absolutely great, outstanding Israeli breakfast!! Everything you are looking for in Israel - hummus, tahini, mezoz, shakshuka etc - you will find there!Breakfast is actually one of the greatest plusses of the hotel stay in general! And the hotel was very kind to present a bottle of champaign for my family occasion taking place the night we arrived)
Cons: First, it's far away from the center of TA and actually far away from everything, if speaking about the walking distance. I hired a car, so that was not a big problem, however it's needed to be taken into account. Then, very strange thing, which nearly spoiled the situation, was that I asked the personnel to organise a bouquet of flowers for our family occasion in the evening, which was promised to get done by the night portier. Of course, on my account! When I asked the morning shift about it, they recommended me to go to the shop...(( Saying, that we maybe misunderstood you. So - yes, I had to do this myself. For me this is about the professionalism of the employees in general. And one more thing: dear West TA Hotel - why the room cleaners start to come and ring the bell to the room before 9:00 in the morning???? In my case the room cleaner broke the bell, which at final was ringing ca 15 min before someone fixed it, woke up my family after the night flight etc. Such things definitely spoil the impression.
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: The room was not big enough for 4 people. The description of the hotel was way off. There was no beach access. We were charged $750 for 2 nights that the hotel quoted us for $225 per night we were charged taxes and fees even though international guests do not pay taxes for hotel stay. We assumed that kayak had better rates than the hotel but we were apparently very wrong. Sadly we will not recommend kayak to anyone.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great quiet location great breakfast Free parking. Superb pool and gym Large spacious well equipped suites.
Cons: Liked it all
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The breakfast was exceptional and staff in the breakfast area very friendly. Balcony. I’m sure pool would have been great but only opens mid April. Close to the beach and it’s nice to walk from there into town on the beach. There is a very good Greek restaurant 15 min walk away. Hotel is a bit outside of Tel Aviv but for our first night in TEL Aviv just right.
Cons: The first impression was that the hotel looks slightly run down inside. Door of a cupboard in the kitchen was loose and couldn’t be closed (got fixed), Glas panels of balcony railing were dirty. But in general most is in good condition.

Pros: Location, pool and comfy beds. Let me check into the room early.
Cons: Very expensive for an older hotel but it is Tel Aviv.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Loved everything and have booked again to stay at your beautiful hotel
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: The use of the pool, although also run downd
Cons: The Hotel is run down and looks nothing like the pictures on the internet. We asked the reception staff to book us a shuttle to the airport and specified and confirmed that it would be a shuttle as we had a lot of extra luggage and a confirmed price, only to find that an ordinary taxi had been booked and so had to organise another taxi and pay double and the staff member on duty at reception had a really bad attitude when we said it was not what had been arranged. Also the breakfast are of poor quality. The Chef making the eggs did not know how to make an omelette and called someone else to make it who landed up throwing it away as they also couldn't make it. The breads were all dry and juice watered down, so basically unacceptable breakfast.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Location. 2mins walk to a lovely beach and nearby attractions.
Cons: None
Excellent 10.0
Pros: everything, the bed and pillows were unbelievable, i always take my pillow with me and i never even used it this time, the breakfast was amazing, so much to choose from and everything was fresh
Cons: all perfect
Good 6.3
Pros: The hotel was near the beach and has a charming 70’s style rooms are renewed
Cons: A lot of groups and a desk service and amability near 0
Okay 5.5
Cons: The staff was rude, uninformed and unfriendly. The facilities were dated. In particular the rooftop pool was small and surrounded with tacky astro turf. We could overlook all of that except the bad attitude of the staff. You’re better off searching for a boutique hotel with personable
Okay 5.0
Cons: Washroom wasn’t clean. Staff used poor language at check-in
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: Location
Cons: The staff does not know how to tend to customers. I left my AMEX card on the desk at the counter and I called to tell them and before I could even finish asking if he found it he said he doesn't have it. I proceeded and asked if he could please check before he says he doesn't have it then finally he checked after 3 phone calls to the front desk. The staff does not care about its guests and overall customer service lacks tremendously. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
Okay 4.3
Pros: Location
Cons: Everithing but location. The smell in the brekfast room it is terrible.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Amazing staff!!!! And location!
Good 6.8
Pros: hotel is in a good location breakfast is excellent but i expect at least the carpets to be clean when you walk on them in the room .
