Pros: Crew was accommodating and kept me and my family comfortable in the flight. Food was good

Cons: Free stuff like headphones and blanket which can be collected at the end of the flight

Cons: Free snacks.

Pros: Pleasant service and arrived and departed on time.

Cons: Menu, comfort re pillow and blanket for night flight. I -flight entertainment

Pros: The overall experience was okay, no food service and seats were not super comfy.

Cons: More leg space for a long flight and free snacks.

Cons: Unreasonable TSA procedures in Iceland. Waste of time and precluded any time to get food or use the bathroom.

Cons: My biggest issue was that my seat didn't recline. 30C. It was quite unpleasant for a 5 hour flight with a large man pushing his seat farther back than it goes, in front of me. The other issue was that one gentleman flight attendant had terrible body odor. He mostly smelled like he'd been sweating, but his uniform was in desparate need of laundering ... particularly the pants. I started to mention to it with the friend that I was traveling with, and she knew what I was going to describe before I said it, despite us not talking during the flight (seats were split apart). I'd also mention - although there may not be anything that can be done - but boarding was a nightmare. A large Chicago flight had a boarding line crossing in front of our gate as we were called to get in line (no zones or row numbers). It was quite slow to be standing for 50 minutes and the entire plane settling into all rows at once.

Pros: Everything was on time, crew was professional, flight was really pleasant

Cons: Boarding was really uncomfortable - line starts at one floor and then you have to slowly climb the stairs one step at a time while holding your carry on bag. Line move slowly because of required security questioning at the gate. It’s an absolutely normal procedure and staff was really nice, but stairs - that’s what make your experience unpleasant.

Cons: the boarding process was chaotic. not enough time was allowed for zone 1 passengers. the plane was old. the inflight entertainment didn’t work. the crew was friendly though. there was no hot food but the cold selections were ok. i would expect a much better customer experience for business class passengers.

Pros: I was traveling with my 11 month old daughter and everyone went out of their way to assist us and I didn't feel like a burden to them. When she was sleeping on my lap during the flight they even brought me my meal in portions so I didn't have a huge tray to balance over my baby.

Pros: New airbus neo great entertainment set up and comfortable seats . Excellent food in economy and very professional crew with personality

Cons: Economy fare was great until 95 euro for a single bag added to stowage was added on . With Ridiculously high baggage charges watch out if you are flying economy. Sort of negates the benefits of economy

Pros: Good airline, great service, boarding process, on time departure and arrival

Cons: No complaints

Pros: Food is not really included and the seat DONT recline. But the crew were great and boarding was easy

Pros: Sleeping.

Cons: 1 hour delay Duden to luggages!
