Pros: We (my wife and I) are able to sear together in a two-seat configuration.

Cons: Seat space and even worse when people in front of us move the seat back...I, as a rule, do not want to bother those behind so, as a rule I do not move my seat from the upright position..

Pros: Crew was accommodating and kept me and my family comfortable in the flight. Food was good

Cons: Free stuff like headphones and blanket which can be collected at the end of the flight

Cons: Lots of time waiting to disembark. Some free snacks would be nice to.

Pros: There was plenty of room in the overhead bins

Cons: The flight attendants were very loud throughout the flight. We expected and overnight flight would be calm, quiet, and with lights lowered. It wasn't at all that way. The overhead lights were on the majority of the flight and it seemed like the flight attendants were always making rounds and loudly talking. We expected to sleep but due to all the noise and commotion were not able to do so. Also, the seats are so tiny it is hard to be comfortable on such a long flight.

Pros: Great entertainment options

Cons: No internet from Chicago to Iceland didn't help

Cons: They need to check the tv screens. On two different IcelandAir planes my screen wasn't working.

Cons: Food options

Pros: Crew was pleasant, flight was excellent, boarding was smooth, LOVED water upon arrival on plane

Cons: Seats were uncomfortable, provide herbal/decaf hot tea, dried fruit snacks, BETTER SEATS, More plush maybe lumbar support, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, minimal air circulation

Cons: Will never fly with WestJet again regardless of price.

Pros: Well organized. Helpful & courtesy.

Pros: Crew was wonderful. Flight was on time.

Cons: IT TOOK 50 minutes to get our suitcase on arrival in Vancouver

Pros: Flight attends were very attentive to all passengers. I especially liked that they kept everyone hydrated by offering drinks every couple of hours.

Pros: Good movie selection.

Cons: 3-4-3 economy seating in a 777 that was originally designed for 3-3-3 (2-5-2) makes for really cramped seating. This is in keeping with industry trends, but is regrettable. No brandy/cognac for alcohol selections.

Pros: Everything was ok.

Pros: Ability to plug into a movie or music and go to sleep

Cons: Not being woke up to find out if I want something to eat or drink. Aisle seat and i was being knocked a lot. I had been up over 30 hours and was exhausted.
