Pros: Short, sweet, uneventful

Cons: United Boarding is ridiculous run out of overhead space passegers apparently don’t know how to use overhead space even a mess I fly 50+ times a year this was worst

Cons: Our bag was tagged as Priority, and was literally the last one off the plane. We clearly have different definitions of that word.

Pros: Landed early and everything was just as expected.

Pros: Crew was attentive and accommodating.

Cons: Gates switched 3 times and all bags had to be checked because of a small aging plane.

Cons: I dont know WHY Delta changed my flight with ALIITALIA, but, DON'T DO IT DELTA. The check in process took an hour, not talking about the line, the ACTUAL checkin at the counter. I couldn't complete my web checkin at the AliItalia web site. Landed in JFK, still sucks as an airport, nobody helps, nobody explains anything, very poor signs and instructions, Global Entry kiosk are hard to spot. My connection ticket didn't have the TSA/PRECHECK legend, went to AliItalia counter, the lady at AliItalia barely said anything when I asked for help with that, her immediate answer was to disengage and sent me to another terminal "to talk to Delta". She didn't explain or didn't want to give an explanation until I started to act as an already 9hr30min flight frustrated customer in a very old, very poor plane with poor food service. Again, I bought an over $1,000 ticket with DELTA, NOT ALIITALIA, if Delta send people with their "partners" at least make sure that they are taken care of properly.

Pros: Crew and service was amazing

Cons: Paid $28 for internet and it didn’t work

Pros: We were a head of time for both flight! I never experienced this with delta. It used to be always late. I stopped flying with them for that reason. I was gladly surprised.

Cons: The seat are very small. We were not comfortable at all.

Cons: Announcements are delivered with too much speed and lack connection with passengers.

Pros: Crew was friendly and professional.

Pros: Crew was wonderful. Flight was on time.

Cons: IT TOOK 50 minutes to get our suitcase on arrival in Vancouver

Cons: Terrible boarding process

Pros: This is always a quick flight. They usually only serve OJ and water, but the time goes by that it doesn’t matter!

Pros: Great on time service and communications.

Pros: Plenty of legroom.

Cons: Better seat assignments for our family.
