Pros: Porter Airlines is the best I've been on within North America. Delighted that my 2nd flight was still Porter.

Cons: Got to Billy Bishop, only to find out flight is delayed 2 hours.

Pros: Love that porter lounge

Pros: Quick and convenient boarding, terrific airport, generous terminal lounge for relaxing pre-flight.

Cons: Louder than a usual commercial flight, probably due to being a turboprop aircraft.

Cons: Longest boarding process I’ve ever experienced. Stuck on the ramp for 10-15 mins. Before they allowed general boarding for the second flight in a row, they announced no overhead storage space was left available and forced everyone to check bags at the gate.

Cons: Paid for upgrade to first class for smoother flight with more leg room. Flight attendant whose job is to server first class customers avoided me entire flight looking the other way whenever she was passing, making it impossible to ask for anything. I ended up asking different flight attendant for glass of water.

Pros: It’s been a while since I have flown United, but I was pleasantly surprised by how great the crew on both of my flights were. I flew basic economy and was treated better and had as much leg room as with “upgraded service” from another carrier with an American name. After this experience I’ll go out of my way to book on United. Thanks

Cons: Seats are so narrow and uncomfortable. And we never pushed pack on time for all my flights

Pros: Clearing USA imagination in Canada was a breeze not the 2-3 hour wait you get at MCO

Cons: Knowing we had to get a visa for Canada

Cons: Need more room. Not enough space. Tv was glitchy and didnt work properly . seat uncomfortable

Cons: They ran out of food people would actually like to purchase and all that was left was cruddy Mac and cheese, pizza and truly awful sushi made by someone who has both never tried but inexorably hates it.

Cons: Eliminate an acceptable two and a half hours delay in take off time due to catering planning issues.
