Upon arrival, Thrifty Car Rental did not have a car available! We were left without any choice but to rent a vehicle from Budget Car Rental at 3x the price. Will never use Thrifty or Kayak again!!Reviewed 15 Apr. 2023

I had to wait almost 1 hour for my vehicle, offered a lower class vehicle for the same rate, cost to insure the vehicle is very high and I had to search for the manager because the employee would not call him. The good news is that the manager comp me for some of the rental fees.Reviewed 8 Apr. 2023

I arrived to pick up my rental (reaerved weeks before at SNA airport for 10:00am), and no one was at the rental booth. There was a sogn saying to go to Dollar. I went to Dollar and was told there were no cars, and there would be none for 3 hours. I asked what I could do and was told to go to Avis. I did and had to pay twice as much as negotiated with Thrifty. Horrible!!!Reviewed 25 Jan. 2023

We were told it was going to be a 3 hour wait for our car when we showed up at our reservation time. We didn’t get a car and had to go to another company. I will be disputing the charge if I don’t hear back soon.Reviewed 2 Jan. 2023
