Pros: Beautiful decor, warm welcome, excellent staff. Great facilities & wonderful attention to detail
Cons: A wider menu choice would have been nice but food was excellent
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is a charming Victorian building that has been kept up to date to provide homely and comfortable accommodation, and the furnishings and fittings are of a high standard throughout. Our room with a magnificent sea view on the second floor was spacious with a well appointed en-suite bathroom. The restaurant and lounge also have wonderful sea views and there is a separate bar. The staff were friendly and helpful and the service excellent. The meals at dinner and breakfast were also excellent. This hotel was very good value and we would definitely stay again.
Cons: Nothing.

Pros: The Hotel looks over the loch with breathtaking views and set in lovely countryside. Very nicely decorated and furnished throughout, well stocked bar and very comfortable lounge with roaring fire. Tasty dinner menu with lots of choices, as was breakfast. Staff members/owners very friendly and informative. Thoroughly recommend a stay here you won’t be disappointed, would definitely stay again.
Cons: There wasn’t anything I disliked.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel in a beautiful location! The staff were absolutely lovely and very welcoming. Breakfast delicious! We will definitely be back.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Magnificent location although not the best weather to appreciate it. Good selection of local bottled beers in the public bar made up for the almost universal lack of good hand-pulled ales in Scottish hotels. Friendly and attentive staff. Great value last minute booking especially as it looked to be nicely busy for a mid week in dull and rainy February.
Cons: Nothing to report.

Pros: . The couple who own the place. Nicest welcoming hoists I've ever had. Gabor came out to greet us an Kamon was standing at the door to welcome us. Beautiful couple. Best place Ive stayed in and I've stayed in so called five star hotels and lodges. This was idealic. Scrambled eggs and Bute smoked salmon breakfast also helped. This is my go to place now. Home made food and fantastic art by Gabor in the breakfast conservatory that overlooks Kyle's of Bute. Place just blew me away. Go and you will feel same. They make it special and decor very tasteful. Classy Place and beautiful owners. 10 out of 5.
Cons: Nothing. All classy. 8

Pros: I liked everything. The owners were delightful, helpful, and their recommendations were excellent. The breakfast was delicious. The jam was very tasty and made by the proprietress!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This B&B may well set the standard to which other B&B's should aspire to. It was exceptional. From start to finish the owners get it right - excellent and warm communications, warm welcome, perfect service and truly delightful accommodation that has so many nice touches that all add up to making it a perfect stop over. Nothing was too much trouble for Gabor & Karmen and they really do get the whole thing just right. Breakfast was better than good - generous, well cooked and well presented with some unique touches to it as well. All in all a first class stay.
Cons: Other than the fact that we were there only for one night there was nothing at all that we didn't like, it really is excellent and we hope to return at some point.
