Staff, location and cleaning.
Excluded Showering Fee.
Cute place, affordable, modern design...
Too bright on the bunks’ corridor, even with the curtain. A dim light would be much better in the sleeping area...
A lot of nice free drinks! It was near a lot of arcades, restaurants, red light district, etc. I think the computer areas were pretty cool but I didn't get a chance to experience it, since I can't understand japanese and have no computer games to play. It was my first time being in a netcafe though, so maybe this is normal.
Beware of people outside trying to get you to go to their clubs and such! I didn't like how the capsules are kind of small compared to others I have been in. My feet were touching the edge of the outside of the capsule. There was also some annoying foreign guy talking on the phone in his capsule at 3am, but I'm sure he's not still there. I also didn't like how I had to pay to take a shower, with the time limit being kind of short (30 minutes?) because I have to get my clothes, walk downstairs, change my shoes, and put them in the locker before finally reaching the bathroom with showers. Then, since it was my first time, I have to figure out how the shower works... >.<
No place to keep the suitcases safe/locked next to the capsule. The tv inside the capsule takes loads of space and can’t be used unless you pay. Shower needs to be payed separately and it’s on a timer.
