Hotels near Too Many Games

Pros: Smooth ride, great crew, free flight entertainment with screen built into each seat.

Cons: Nothing

Cons: The gate was occupied when we landed on schedule.

Pros: Crew was good n seat could have been bigger.

Cons: Landing late to Chicago almost cost me my connection so I was stressed and could not eat due to limited time in between. The airline didn't notify us of being late to Chicago until I was on plane. We were told it was on time. Very disappointing..

Cons: United Boarding is ridiculous run out of overhead space passegers apparently don’t know how to use overhead space even a mess I fly 50+ times a year this was worst

Pros: Crew members were okay

Cons: The flight was almost 4 hour long, and we didn't get no food to eat, we would have to buy the food, I think that was bad

Pros: Crew in flight was nice and professional Sit in 1st class was comfortable

Pros: Nothing about this airline. Will avoid flying through Delta if they allow their team to lie to their passengers. Both land crew and onboard crew were disrespectful to their passengers.

Cons: agent boarding delayed boarding because she wanted everyone to check their bags. A flight that was leaving 2 minutes later than our flight started boarding before our plane. It wasn't that the 2 planes arrived at different times. The agent was just horrible. In the end, she lied to the passengers that there were no overhead space left. When I went to get my seat, most of the overhead space was empty!! I had to check-in my bag and my bag was damaged by the delta crew.

Cons: Breakfast could have been offered.

Pros: The crew was very kind.

Cons: Th plain boarding took much longer, we flew in circles above JFK, waited for a gate for us, then waited for all passengers with connecting flights to get off because we were late and that resulted in a VERY long process for the rest of us. The descent into the airport was also not the smoothest, but it was a smaller plane.

Pros: The meals and the consistent drink service was great

Cons: The plane was delayed due to waiting for people to clear customs.

Pros: Extremely late-no specific reason-AC lounge closed at 9 so we were asked to leave-boarding area was so packed no where to sit so sat on “rails”. After 3 hrs delay u expect something like some peanuts to compensate-but no-they are as bad as any other NA airline if not worse-awful service, all they wanted cared after giving some soda or water is to Collect the garbage-plane was not cleaned properly. Dirty paper and cups in pockets. Wish i did not have to fly AC

Cons: Everything

Pros: Really appreciated AC getting us on an earlier flight as our scheduled flight was delayed over 2 hours due to weather.
