Pros: The plane didn't crash like website and they did not charge $10 for printing off my boarding pass, as no one could with website down. Also, some budget airlines now only allow 40lbs in checked baggage, Looks like they allow 50lbs.

Cons: Similar problem on the way home, could not book luggage online but could check in. Shop closes at 5 CST so could not call. Even though we told at checkout that it was because of the Christmas volume online, still had to pay Airport (extra) price to check-in baggage. They said I could perhaps get the penalty fee returned if I called in. Told her it's not worth 2 hours on a paid long distance call to get $20 back.

Pros: Great crew, fast boarding, nearly empty plane so I had the whole three seat row to myself.

Cons: The hydraulic pump for the inboard flaps sounded like it was on it's last legs and howled whenever adjustments were made. The cabin pressurization system whistled so loud that I had to put ear buds in to protect my hearing (just on takeoff/landing). Proper maintenance is important!

Cons: New leaf discontinued their Sunday Halifax to Hamilton flight which was to be my return flight home. They did offer me a full refund if I needed to cancel or to rebook on a different flight but I couldn't make the new dates work so I took the full refund. I booked the flights in December for a flight in Feb and they cancelled half way through January so there wasn't a lot of notice given

Pros: That it was cheap when we booked it online.

Cons: Apparently it wasn’t that cheap of a flight after all. We had to pay for our luggage instead of a carry on. And the plane was empty not full with passengers. That to us was a ripoff. Don’t Deceive passengers to fly cheap with you when you’ll make them pay you for carry on when it’s not needed.

Pros: Flight once it got to Edmonton was ok

Cons: Communications with travelers...5 hour delay! Meal vouchers were given with only one restaurant open and maxed out on space and good items...just a bad situation.

Cons: Plane boarding and takeoff was delayed. Also when we landed we got mixed with international flights so I had to go through customs !!!! Took me 2h to leave the airport. Longer than the flight over!!!

Cons: flight was delayed in both directions; very few announcements; the crew were ok, but there was not much service in the hour we waited foe the plane to take off and during the flight

Pros: Staff in Cancun were excellent. I recently had hip replacement and they approached me to provide wheelchair thru departure process and got me to departure gate.

Cons: More help in Montreal with automated declaration system etc for people that are not frequent travellers

Pros: Flight delays paired with rudeness.

Cons: The staff wouldn't utter an apology nor were they accommodating.

Pros: Free drink, good snacks, nice in-flight magazine, fuel-efficient aircraft

Cons: Low door into plane, everyone hit their heads

Pros: We waited 45min in the plane before taking off, I missed my transfert flight and I had to wait for the next one in Toronto

Pros: The seats were comfortable and even roomy, compared to many other airlines.

Cons: Two minor drawbacks: (1) In the Porter lounge, where I was stuck between connecting flights, the cost of food was too high. (2) The weather buffets these small planes more than would be the case with jetliners.
