Cons: Treated rudely and arbitrarily at check-in; charged extra baggage fees not previewed in reservation receipt and not charged in intial leg; flight itself left and arrived more than 2 hours late. This whole experience sucked.

Pros: The crew is always friendly at Porter. The free wine is awesome.

Cons: There’s no entertainment.

Pros: The Porter desk staff were pretty quick in recognizing that a hoard of passengers from a super delayed flight needed to find their connections immediately. They were able to print out new passes and direct flyers in only a few minutes.

Cons: Porter flies out of Billy Bishop in Toronto, and the dated airport definitely has an impact on you when you are stuck there for long periods of time.

Cons: I paid almost half as much as I paid for the flight to have a carry on bag. I was not informed about this fer when I was buying the ticket. $48 is an outrageous fee for a carry on bag, I would never have bought this ticket had I known.

Pros: Got there safely.

Cons: The seats are miserable small and uncomfortable. More options for snacks for the cost of the ticket!!!

Pros: fast boarding process. checked in bags for free due to full flight. Crew were very helpful and serviced with a smile throughout the journey. Baggage was on time on all the airports. On flight entertainment was very good. leg room good in all the flights.

Cons: Seats should be more comfortable for such a long journey. economy class seats has very less support especially for the 11 hour flight.

Cons: it took a very long time for take off, and de freezing. That should have been done prior because it made our flight very late arriving in toronto

Cons: Late departure as YVR would not allow us to land due to weather. Late arrival as YVR would not allow us to land as too many flights in the pattern.

Cons: Seats were so uncomfortable!but love the direct flight eben though it was almost 2 hrs late
