Pros: It was very noisy and the floorboards in the rooms above creaked. Very poor noise control generally in the property. The other guests were drunk and loud and banging on doors very late at night. Frankly it was like being in a university hall of residence. I was shocked. The hotel is not family friendly or suitable got young kids. I would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone with kids or looking for a quiet getaway. Very expensive for what it is. Breakfast options also very limited. The buffet was a joke.

A choice of cereals, fruits, pastries and juices to help yourself to and then cooked items from the menu, for me in particular it was lovely to find the option of a cooked vegan breakfast. would definately stay here again

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in and I work away a lot
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spacious, clean, comfortable, quiet. Plenty to eat at breakfast. Wonderfully friendly and accommodating staff, especially the owner, Maya. Cute boutique style hotel.
Cons: The property retains heat and was a little too warm throughout. Although it was exceptionally hot - 26 degrees - when we stayed.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Lovely property, very nice and warm welcome from the Owner! Hotel not far from city centre and short walk to the beach.
Cons: Second day on our holidays, which was in August, on the day, when the weather wasn’t so great we wanted to have a rest and stay in our rooms during the day, unfortunately there were ongoing renovations inside hotel, noise was really uncomfortable and tiring, this ruined our impression with the hotel. Another small things, like continental breakfast was nice but not complementing enough for 4**** boutique Hotel.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The location is absolutely stunning, 12 mins walk from the Bournemouth beach, 10 mins from city center, many good restaurants at stone throwing distance and decent space for parking. Breakfast was balanced but lacked milk.
Cons: The rooms are squeezed into the property with a motivation towards profit and lesser towards guest comfort. Its absolutely bizarre to be placed in a room with low roof bulges of staircase. Due to summer the room below terrace was heated up like sand, the window wont open beyond 2 inches and the fan was not powerful at all. Sometimes when I plan a getaway, I do it to enjoy the hotel, but the room put me off.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a lovely boutique hotel, rooms were amazing, service was excellent. I am a hotelier myself but these kind of hotels gives one a different kind of experience. I felt home and more than anything, it was a great choice for a romantic gateway. Maya and her partner were so friendly, wish I would have stayed longer

Pros: The Lodge is very close to the train station and a short walk to the town. I only stayed for a night but the room and bathroom were clean, with all the necessities available (bathrobes, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, shower cap, hair dryer etc) and loved the breakfast!
Cons: Nothing negative for my one night stay
7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfy
Cons: The tiled floor was a bit cold. Only one wardrobe was available as the others were locked.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: breakfast was good
Cons: 2am a couple and friends came in and were extremely loud until 2.20. Then 1 couple went upstairs they were shouting screaming bouncing up and down until 330. I had to be up at 630, the walls don't seem to have any insulation in them. Would not recommend staying here

6.0 Good
Cons: We found a Mac book Air on the way into the doorway one night and handed it in to Reception as presumably the person who dropped it would have contacted the hotel. I was extremely disappointed from a Customer Service point of view that no one actually contacted us to said that the Mac Book and owner had been reunited or what happened to it! Many people would have just taken it but we were brought up to do the right thing so handed it in and repeatedly asked if the owner had been in contact. A courtesy email of what happened should have been sent from a customer service point of view. Helen
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean friendly good breakfast overall very good
Cons: Car parking quite expensive ...should be part off your stay...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: friendly and efficient staff
Cons: nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is in the town centre, great breakfast and very stylish for the price. I prefer to stay here over the Hilton next door to it. Much better value for money and not much difference in interior and design of room.
7.9 Good
Pros: Comfortable beds and clean rooms and very friendly staff
Cons: Lack of tables at breakfast
7.1 Good
Pros: Conveniently located with good parking facilities. The hotel overall was modern, clean and comfortable.
Cons: Whilst we had a partial Seaview, the majority of of you looked at the car park. We had a problem with our shower as it did not drain properly and even flooded back into the shower tray but we reported this and hopefully it will be fixed for the next guests.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Friendly staff bed very comfortable and very clean breakfast also good
Cons: Air-conditioning in bedroom very noisy job to sleep problem over car parking not their fault though as my vehicle was too big to park in multistorey carpark no biscuits on arrival and no biscuits in room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Hot breakfast good
Cons: Air conditioning noisy Shower not great
6.3 Good
Pros: I booked the hotel for my sister inlaws 27th birthday. We have stayed before but it wasnt what i remembered at all, it was very expensive for getting so little for your money. I entered a friends room too see what they thought and they were disappointed too. Also they pointed out a big orange stain on the net curtains. Tiny box rooms really for the price we paid (£548 for 3 rooms for one night) wont be staying here again. Also my brother checked out the breakfast and his opinion was that it was disgusting. So we walked to the local wetherspoons instead. Staff were friendly and helpful. However thats the only positive thing really.
Cons: The size of the rooms could be bigger, value for money, food could be nicer, rooms could be cleaner. Also Bournemouth is a big name for good nights out. Yet rooms don't even come with a fridge. Which guests would like to keep a pre Drink in or something.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very close to town centre, 10 mins from beach, Eden garden pub just across the road. Bournemouth very clean, beautiful beach, friendly people.
7.5 Good
Cons: Bed very uncomfortable

Pros: Modern and clean
8.8 Excellent
Pros: very clean hotel. Bathroom was huge, we only stayed for one night for a friends wedding but we really enjoyed the room!
Cons: The hotel bar and restaurant was expensive. We refused to pay that and walked to the local Weatherspoon's about 5 mins around the corner.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast room was busy and all items were not available on both mornings without a wait. The first day we had to wait for eggs and the next morning we had to wait for bacon.
Cons: We were unable to put drinks onto the room bill.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Good location and clean, new fixtures and fittings
Cons: Bed and in particular the pillows were low standard and lumpy

Cons: Small bathroom area but adequate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: excellent service and facilities as usual well done to all
Cons: buffet breakfast not as good as the original service last time we were there, but acceptable
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: We were very disappointed with the room (118), we feel it was NOT a Deluxe double which we booked! it was small and pokey and not what we was expecting going by the photo's on the internet. Therefore we feel it was overpriced !! There was a light in the corridor that kept flashing at night and lit up our room from a gap under the door and kept us awake.. We did report this and later that night we were offered the chance to move but felt it was too late to move for the last night.
7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast could have more fresh fruit/yoghurts available. Personally didn't like the plastic pots of jam and found them tasteless but generally it was ok.
Cons: see above

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Great location, it was close to the beach and lots of bars and restaurants, the staff where very friendly and helpful ,and the breakfast was great and a good choice, so will definitely be back very soon.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The location is very central to the beach and Pier with a nice sea view from 506 or 507. The staff are very friendly and helpful and accommodating! Your opposite the BIC if using that venue. Local shops and cinema a 5 min walk. Plenty of good places to eat, The quality of food in The Crab the restaurant attached to the hotel is very good, make sure you eat before 7pm to take advantage of cheaper set menu, we were not told of this. Breakfast is also in the Crab and is very nice and cooked to order if your having the full English. Restaurant Roots is a fabulous restaurant near Southbourne, about 15 mins along the coast by car, 10 course Discovery tasting menu was just amazing, highly recommend! Some excellent walks in the nearby area, along the beach for miles in either direction or a long walk to Hurst Castle, 40 min drive to nearest carpark then a long walk out into the Solent on a spit to Castle and Lighthouse, 6 miles there and back but jump on the little ferry at the lighthouse for £3.50 per adult to Newhaven and then cut across saves about a mile.
Cons: The Parking arrangements are not straight forward, we experienced a number of difficulties entering and exiting. The Bathroom is of a reasonably good size but is spoilt by a tiny cubical corner shower, I’m 6ft 4 and could hardly move without banging sides, and the sink is far to small, can’t wash hands without rubbing against basin. A fridge would have been good also.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff were friendly. Good breakfast.
Cons: The room was in the reception area so was a bit noisy at times.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff extremely friendly, breakfast and meals first class
Cons: I am struggling to pick anything
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Really liked almost everything about the hotel. The staff and cleanliness exceptional. Breakfast was very good. Location perfect. Thanks for a great holiday.
Cons: We were in classic double room but feel it was just okay but could have had some extras for example container in small shower unit for shower gel, shampoo etc. also feel electric power points for charging phones etc were almost at floor level and behind furniture and very hard to get at. I know these are only small points but felt I had to point them out. We will certainly be back to Park Central Hotel but will hope to upgrade the room.

Pros: Brilliant location for anyone with walking difficulties. Parking very close by. Comfortable bed. Tea/coffee facilities were great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and great selection. We are planning to stay again very soon.
Cons: Not every room had a fan/air conditioning which in the hot weather made it difficult to sleep. Room service food was not brilliant. Very poor sandwich for the money. I would like to have been given the option for a bath or shower when booking the room.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Ambience, wedding guests not withstanding. Menus. Attentive staff.
Cons: Poor WiFi in room 104. Though we understand the business need it is uncomfortable when a wedding crowd take over the guest facilities to the extent of crowding out other guests and show little respect to others
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff were good most of the time, and excellent location.
Cons: Breakfast was a let down. Asked for gluten free bread at breakfast and got a gluten free roll, despite informing the hotel we were gluten free, they couldn't be bothered to get some gf bread in.Additionally, they didn't have gluten free sausages, and none of the pastries in the morning were gluten free. Breakfast Manager ran around looking stressed most of the time, wasn't pleasant to see.

Pros: Very little actually

Pros: Breakfast was superb but cheap sausages and bacon.
Cons: Facilities were basic and limited. Bath room too tiny and short. I could not stand upright or straight without bending in the bathroom and I am only 5.7. The place was super dusty and felt like it has not been used for years. Sadly, they could not clean/dust the room before given to us. The room was super dark and not airy. Air condition made buzzing noise even when turned off. I had no sleep in the two nights...such a nightmare to say the least. The hotel does not warrant a four or even a star period! The price was a scam.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The free chocolate and parking
Cons: Not quite the standard I was expecting ...

Pros: Fantastic bed, friendly staff, excellent breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even provided coconut milk for breakfast because I have a dairy intolerance. The breakfasts were amazing. Very good choices. There was a constant supply of chocolate in the entrance hall and in the bedroom. Lovely to have a kettle and supply oh hot drinks in the bedroom. Very helpful with tourist information.
Cons: We had a small double room. We found it too small and would be willing to pay a bit more on our next visit for a larger room.

Pros: We booked this at the last minute on the day of our anniversary. Had no idea what to expect; jumped into the car, dropped the hood and blasted down. What a delightful surprise. Quirky and chic, chocolate on offer everywhere, well appointed room with lots of character. Onsite parking and genial hosts. One can tell when some effort has gone into creating something special. This fitted the bill and more. We’ll be back, as Arnie said.
