Location and value
Disappointed in free breakfast.
Staff customer service
There was not a single acceptable attribute at this facility. This is a franchise location in someone’s portfolio who clearly does not care, and the complete lack of standards amongst the staff is the clear result.
Sounded like the bed was on the shoulder of the road. A very busy & loud road. Noisy guests. Noisy unprofessional cleaning staff. Battered facility. No room phone! No desk chair. Truly the worst hotel experience of my life. No more cheap hotels EVER 4 me!
Walking distance to restaurants
It was a place to sleep.
First room was dirty- bare footprint on the sheets. Moved (due to a nonrefundable reservation) & got a cleaner room. Key card stopped working, doors handles broken. Sketchy area. Claimed remodeled, no way. Old & disgusting. Never again- not like photos
location to my business
check-in took way to long TV didn't work there was no telephone in room Had to go to front desk to get these fixed..clerk was friendly but very slow.I had already made reservation and One of the rooms we checked into already had someone in it!!
The waffles for breakfast ( sad.. I know)
The lady at check in was ANYTHING but friendly . Our microwave plug didn't work .. I kept sneezing from all of the dust .. and the constant comings and goings from locals made us feel very uneasy . Not a great part of town from what I have heard since .
Hotel employee front desk attendant was pleasant, helpful and informative.
Kinds of unkept, but for the price a.ok.
Good rate and location to freeway access
Since it was very close to a busy street, there was a lot of noise. Room appeared to smell of smoke so I used air freshener to help that and was overall pleased.
Wrong reservations, dirty floors,
The room was great, the dining at the restaurant was excellent.
I didnt like staying at the back side of the hotel, the view and security made me uneasy
