Several pools and comfortable accommodation

It was a bit dated and run down. There were little things, like the door was broken and the tv list didn’t match with the stations actually on the tv and okay breakfast that didn’t change day to day. Then bigger things like how far away the place was from town and how much they were charging for their car service and refusing to call anyone else that was cheaper. They were also very expensive both to stay there but also to use their services like the restaurant. Honestly, I just wasn’t worth the money, we paid half as much for a place in Nusa Dua which was so so much nicer.

The landscaping

Everything was poorly maintained, no attention to detail, significantly dirty in some locations. I ordered a taxi one night and they suddenly raised the price when the taxi got to the hotel, we then saw the taxi driver shaking hands with the recepcionist and gave him something we suspect it was money. Another night we called reception asking them to send us a taxi to Ubud town center (10 minutes away from hotel) near midnight and they told us that they could not do so, leaving us in Ubud all alone and with no means to get back to hotel. We had to walk to a different nearby hotel and ask them to get us a taxi. VERY DISSAPPOINTED. If the hotel was cheap then I would not be complaining but if we are paying very high prices we demand a good service and clean facilities. We paid western prices but the service and facilities were nowhere near what you would get in Europe for that price. We feel we hace been fooled. Please let us know if you need any further info.
