Pros: Substantial legroom in all seats.

Cons: There were no entertainment options. The beverage selection is minimal - no hot tea, Pepsi but not other Pepsi products. We had a 1.5 hour delay with no explanation, sat on the tarmac another hour, and I have landed but am currently reaching an hour on sitting on *this* tarmac. Our flight was originally supposed to land at 2130, we are now coming up on midnight and still on the plane! And although this is not the fault of the airline, there were quite a large number of children under the age of 5 and two screamed THE ENTIRE TIME. The delay, the flight, and this current wait. I will not fly Interjet again and absolutely will not recommend it, no matter how affordable the tickets as compared to other airlines.

Pros: West Jet staff and crew are always great.

Cons: My flight was delayed over an hour - we sat on the tarmac waiting for de-icing for over an hour. There is no entertainment on this flight (so no wifi or tv) and we were not really notified how long we would be delayed- causing delays for me in Saskatoon that I could not provide information for.

Pros: It was a huge plane, normally on my trips from Toronto to Calgary its a six seater plane. I really enjoyed it being and 11 seater per row, with more leg room, a window seat, and no one in the seat beside me! Made for a much more comfortable experience. Was not what I expected for the price I paid for it. Was very please by that.

Cons: I'm writing this from the plane I'm still on because they didn't have anyone on shift to work the jetway. We've been on the ground for half an hour. Just a completely avoidable annoyance they didn't bother to avoid.

Pros: Smooth ride, great crew, free flight entertainment with screen built into each seat.

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Comfortable seats

Cons: It was all good

Pros: I made it safely

Cons: Delayed twice, had to circle at destination, gate wasn’t ready.

Cons: Same old tiny uncomfortable commuter jet.
