Absolutely loved the staff,they looked immaculate in their uniform,spoke politely and was very helpful.Greeted with a smile.very professional.The breakfast had a varity to choose from and they catered for everyone, vegetarian and non vegetarian.

Rooms were comfortable, staff friendly, easy access to mall, quiet, an overall good experience.
Aircons in the room are not very effective in the scorching Durban heat. The showers are very uncomfortable, because they leak water across the entire bathroom, so after a shower you have to jump over a pool of water to get out and dry yourself. The shower and bathroom level are the same, there is no ledge to keep water in the shower. Maybe its that o Time of the year, but breakfast was a bit disappointing with the variety of foods on offer especially for non meat eaters.

Everything else is great, checking in and out is quick and easy. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful.
The standard of the breakfast has dropped. I've stayed at this hotel many times and the breakfast was always outstanding but that has definitely dropped since. The variety of fruit is very bland and having the syrupy fruit at breakfast is not appealing.

Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and the reception staff was outstanding. I did not get the lady's name who checked us in but she was an absolute star. So wish I could remember her name to give her the recognition she deserves.
