Pros: Lead flight attendant was attentive, cheerful, and helpful!

Cons: The crew could have checked us in...we were 5 minutes late for checkin and had to book and pay for another flight.

Pros: Everything went as planned.

Cons: USB or power outlets.

Cons: Horrible customer service. One plane was not fit to fly so delayed 30 minutes to get another ready, then after flying 30 minutes, had to return to airport because the plane had mechanical issues. Then after an hour being held without bathrooms at gate outside lounge, we flew and landed 4 hours late.

Pros: The soda did not taste bad.

Cons: Flight Delayed by 2 days, only offered hotel voucher for one day, despite being told we would get vouchers for 2 days. Customer service made no attempts to make the situation right. Employees at the airport did not know what they were doing, gave lots of misinformation. Upon landing, we were refused our bags despite being stranded for multiple days. Terrible experience. I urge you to stay away.

Cons: I missed my flight due to new regulation eTA. why not warning people when purchase the ticket?

Pros: I liked waiting to fly until weather was good.

Cons: I disliked the long delay, no time for the drink cart.

Pros: Spacious flight Cozy environment Comfortable sitting

Cons: Seats could have been more comfortable. No space. Food made me sick.

Pros: Crew was good. Seat uncomfortable and hard.

Cons: It was fabulous as always! Thank you. I love Delta!
